Ezekiel Giles | Freekey Zekey Interrogation
Ezekiel Giles (born October 13, 1975), better known by his stage name Freekey Zekey, is an American rapper and music executive best known as a founding member of The Diplomats, a group he helped form in Harlem in 1997 alongside his childhood friend Jim Jones and cousin Cam'ron. Freekey also serves as the owner/CEO of 730 Dips Records.
Aside from The Diplomats, he is also a member of fellow rapper Jim Jones' ByrdGang, and has made a habit of yelling his name in songs; it is his signature on tracks, whether he is featured or the solo artist.
On April 25, 2003, Giles and his crew were involved in a minor car collision outside of a Manhattan nightclub, after another car collided with the back of the vehicle Giles and his crew were inside of. After stepping out of their vehicle, the men in the other car attempted to rob Giles and his friends. Giles was shot once in the abdomen and sustained minor injuries after the incident. In total, over 44 bullets were fired at Giles and his crew during the altercation, and one member of Giles’ entourage, his bodyguard Eric Mangrum, was killed. In December 2005, Chauncey Dillon was sentenced to 30 years in prison for both robbery and the murder of Mangrum.
Giles was sentenced to 35–42 months in prison on February 5, 2004 for running an ecstasy ring. Giles served 33 months at the Durham Correctional Center in Durham, North Carolina before being released on November 20, 2006.

Fake Home Invasion | Sandra Melgar Interrogation
When family members arrived at Sandra and Jamie Melgar's house to celebrate a wedding anniversary party, they found Sandra tied up in the couple's bathroom closet and Jamie dead in a bedroom closet.
Though she told police that and she and her husband of 32 years were victims of a home invasion, they thought otherwise and arrested her for his murder.
Details about the attack that Sandra gave led police to believe she did it.
She told them she had a seizure during the invasion and couldn't remember what happened.
During her trial, prosecutors suggested that Jamie was already dead when he was tied up in the closet, and pointed to a cloudy fingernail on her right hand that could have been evidence she used a cleaning solution to hide evidence.

Rocky Rambo | Wei Nam Kam Interrogation
Rocky Rambo Wei Nam Kam, a 25-year-old Vancouver resident, has been charged with two counts of second-degree murder by Crown Counsel in relation to the murders of Dianna Mah-Jones, 65, and Richard Jones, 68, of Vancouver in September.
However, Vancouver Police on Wednesday said: “The relationship between the victims, if any, and the accused remains unclear as investigators try to piece together a motive for these crimes.”
“Solving these murders, as quickly as possible, has been a priority for the Vancouver Police. This was a complex investigation and solid, thorough police work has led to the arrest of the suspect and the charges,” said Vancouver Police Department Chief Constable Adam Palmer.
Officers from VPD’s Homicide Unit, and more than 200 members from as many as 15 VPD specialty sections, have worked around-the-clock on the case.
Investigators are thanking the public for their help after receiving more than 100 sources of video and numerous tips. The RCMP’s Forensic Services Laboratory have also been instrumental in this investigation.
Police had on September 29 announced that the victims of the double homicide in a Marpole home were married couple Diana Mah-Jones and Richard Jones.
Police were called to a home on West 64th Avenue near Hudson Street on September 27, around 1:30 p.m., to check on the well-being of the residents. Officers located a man and woman in their 60s deceased inside the home.
Police said that detectives had not yet confirmed if the incident was targeted or random. Police were working to establish a motive in the double homicide and, out of an abundance of caution, reminded the public to be vigilant and report suspicious behaviour to police.
“This investigation is a top priority for the VPD,” said Constable Jason Doucette at the time. “There is nothing so far to suggest this was anything but a random crime. That’s why we are asking the public to look out for one another, and report anything suspicious to 9-1-1.”
Police on the night of September 28 recovered the 2014 white Kia Soul with B.C. licence plate ACK 605 that they had asked the public earlier in the day to help them locate in connection to the double homicide.
The Kia Soul was located parked and unoccupied at around 9:30 p.m., police said. The vehicle was towed by police and detectives were working to determine what role, if any, the Kia may have had in connection to the homicide investigation.
These were Vancouver’s 14th and 15th homicides of 2017.

Murder or Suicide? | Andrew Sadek Interrogation
Andrew Sadek (born November 22, 1993; believed to have died shortly after disappearing May 1, 2014), was a 20-year-old student at the North Dakota State College of Science (NDSCS) in Wahpeton, North Dakota, United States. Following an arrest in 2013 for felony charges of selling marijuana that could have led to a long prison sentence, he agreed to work as a confidential informant (CI) for a local multi-jurisdictional law enforcement task force in exchange for having the charges dropped. Under police supervision, he bought more marijuana from other dealers around the NDSCS campus.
He was last seen leaving his dorm early on the morning of May 1, 2014. Almost two months later, his body was found in the Red River north of Breckenridge, Minnesota, adjacent to Wahpeton, with a gunshot wound to the head.
While his family believes that he was murdered, the police labeled the case as a suicide in belief that he had killed himself to escape his role as a CI. However, the backpack that was attached to his body was filled with rocks and the weapon that was used for his death was never found, nor was there a suicide note. The case is one of several where young people working as CIs have died. At his mother's behest, the state investigated the police handling of his case but found no serious concerns, although the task force did make minor changes in its procedures afterwards. His parents have filed a lawsuit over the case, and backed changes to state law that would reduce penalties for marijuana possession on campus and protect CIs, much like a similar statute in Florida passed after the 2008 murder of Rachel Hoffman. In 2017 those changes were made.

Stabbed in the Heart | Rachel Wade Interrogation
On the evening of April 14, 2009, authorities say that Rachel Wade was alone in her apartment waiting for Joshua Camacho. Camacho was watching movies with Ludemann. While Wade was outside walking her dog, she heard a car honk and she stated that Ludemann yelled, "Stay away from my man!" Wade said that she was scared and she decided to call an old boyfriend, Javier. He told her to come over to his house. She got her purse, opened a kitchen drawer and pulled out a steak knife.
At 11p.m., Wade approached Camacho's house. He and Ludemann were inside playing video games. Wade sent Camacho a text message saying, "Now I know why you're not talking to me — because you got her." Camacho replied, "That's right. I don't like you no more, why don't you go home?" Wade responded, "No. I'll wait for her to go home." Witnesses later testified that they overheard Wade threaten Ludemann on speakerphone, "I'm going to stab you and your Mexican boyfriend." Just before midnight, Camacho's sister asked Ludemann for a ride to McDonald's. Ludemann saw a friend at a stop sign who told her Wade was at Javier's house. Ludemann decided to confront her. As she was driving, Wade called her and yelled, "I'm going to kill you! You and your Mexican boyfriend!" Ludemann arrived at Javier's house and saw Wade speaking with him and their friend Dustin Grimes.
Wade testified that Ludemann slammed on her brakes, nearly hitting Wade and storming out of the car with her fists flailing. Wade said that she was fearful when she stabbed Ludemann's shoulder and chest, one blow punctured her heart. However, authorities and the prosecution's witnesses said that Ludemann did not get a chance to leave the van and that it was Wade who approached and attacked Ludemann. Ludemann, mortally wounded, and clutching her chest, called Camacho to tell him what happened. Camacho ran to Ludemann's home to tell her father. They both drove to the scene. Immediately after the stabbing, witnesses say that Wade threw the knife over a neighbor's house and calmly said, "I'm done." Ludemann bled to death long before police and paramedics could arrive at the scene. Ludemann died as a result of a heart puncture at a hospital and was pronounced dead at 2:20 AM the next morning.
Police arrived and began questioning Wade and the witnesses. She began to cry when they told her Ludemann died. Hours later, Wade was arrested and charged with murder in the second degree. She was booked into the Pinellas County Jail on $500,000 bond. She stayed there through the conclusion of the trial.

Arkansas School Shooter | Andrew Golden Deposition
In the early afternoon of March 24, 1998, two students from Westside Middle School, located approximately two miles west of Jonesboro (Craighead County), conducted an armed ambush on teachers and students, which resulted in five dead and ten others injured. The shooters, Andrew Golden and Mitchell Johnson, were arrested and prosecuted for the crime. The incident was one of two school shootings in Arkansas and one of several school shootings across the nation that adjusted school administrators’ and law enforcement officers’ concepts on school security and response plans to violent incidents at schools.
The students and teachers had returned from spring break the day before the shooting. Fifth period was just starting at 12:35 p.m. when a fire alarm caused the student body and faculty to evacuate the building. This alarm was triggered by eleven-year-old Andrew Golden, who, shortly after activating the alarm, joined thirteen-year-old Mitchell Johnson in a field adjacent to the school. This location had a clear view of the exit doors used during a fire drill. At 12:41 p.m., as eighty-seven students and nine teachers evacuated the building, Golden and Johnson began firing at the group with various weapons, including handguns and semi-automatic and bolt action rifles. In rapid succession, Golden and Johnson fired thirty rounds at the group.
Sixth-grade teacher Shannon Wright was killed, along with four students: Natalie Brooks (age eleven), Paige Ann Herring (age twelve), Stephanie Johnson (age twelve), and Brittheny Varner (age eleven). Nine students and another teacher, Lynette Thetford, were injured. Among the wounded students were Candice Porter (age eleven), who reportedly dated and broke up with Johnson, and Jennifer Jacobs (age twelve), who reportedly dated and broke up with Golden prior to the shooting. Although some speculated the suspects targeted specific students or teachers based upon past interactions, this theory was never proven and the victims’ association to the suspects was eventually considered coincidental. After firing upon the crowd, both suspects fled through the woods and were apprehended by the police without further violence.
The police discovered that the boys were attempting to make their way back to a van parked almost half a mile away from the school. This van, taken from Johnson’s residence, contained food, extra clothing, and camping equipment to facilitate their escape. An investigation by the police determined that three handguns were taken from Golden’s residence and an additional four handguns and three rifles came from Golden’s grandfather’s residence. The Craighead County Sheriff’s Office assumed responsibility for the investigation of the incident and charged both suspects with five counts of capital murder and ten counts of first-degree battery.
By all accounts, the two suspects were not close friends. In fact, with Johnson attending the seventh grade and Golden attending the sixth grade, the students only shared bus rides to and from school. But both verbalized hostility toward others and threatened that something big was about to happen. Johnson lived with his mother and stepfather, and had a difficult relationship with his father. Fellow students reported that Johnson was bullish and bragged about being in a gang. Within the same school year as the shooting, Johnson was assigned in-school suspension three times and was criminally charged for molesting a two-year-old girl. In contrast to Johnson’s overt behavioral problems, Golden led a kind of “Jekyll and Hyde” lifestyle. Golden was not a disciplinary problem at school and was regarded by many adults as a well-mannered and cheerful student. He was very close to his family and shared the family’s interest in firearms by competing and winning marksmanship awards. However, apparently unbeknownst to his family, Golden reportedly demonstrated violence by firing his BB gun at animals and other children.

Trayvon Martin Shooting| George Zimmerman Interrogation
On February 26, 2012, Zimmerman fatally shot 17-year-old African-American high school student Trayvon Martin in The Retreat at Twin Lakes community in Sanford, Florida. Zimmerman was the neighborhood watch coordinator in his gated community; Martin was temporarily staying there and was shot there. The Twin Lakes Neighborhood Watch program was not registered with the National Neighborhood Watch Program, but was administered by the local police department. Following an earlier call from Zimmerman, police arrived within two minutes of a gunshot during an altercation in which Zimmerman fatally shot Martin, who did not possess any weapons. Zimmerman was subsequently taken into custody, treated for head injuries, then questioned for five hours.
The police chief said that Zimmerman was released because there was no evidence to refute Zimmerman's claim of having acted in self-defense, and that under Florida's Stand Your Ground statute, the police were prohibited by law from making an arrest. The police chief said that Zimmerman had a right to defend himself with lethal force. As news of the case spread, thousands of protesters across the United States called for Zimmerman's arrest and a full investigation. Six weeks after the shooting, amid widespread, intense, and in some cases misleading media coverage, Zimmerman was charged with murder by a special prosecutor appointed by Governor Rick Scott.
Zimmerman's trial began on June 10, 2013, in Sanford. On July 13, a jury acquitted Zimmerman of the charges of second degree murder and manslaughter. For three years, the U. S. Department of Justice (DOJ) investigated Zimmerman on civil rights charges. In February 2015, the DOJ concluded there was not sufficient evidence that Zimmerman intentionally violated the civil rights of Martin, saying the Zimmerman case did not meet the "high standard" for a federal hate crime prosecution.
After DOJ said it would not charge him with a hate crime, Zimmerman said he felt free to speak his opinion "without fear of retaliation". Zimmerman criticized the government and President Obama. He believed Obama inflamed racial tensions. "He by far overstretched, overreached, even broke the law in certain aspects to where you have an innocent American being prosecuted by the federal government," Zimmerman said.
According to Zimmerman's brother Robert Jr. in 2014, in the year following the trial, Zimmerman was both homeless and jobless. Robert Jr. said that, while he believed his brother's "state of mind" was better, Zimmerman was "a very traumatized person because he has had his liberty taken away from him".
Between the shooting of Trayvon Martin and the trial, Zimmerman gained 100 to 125 pounds (45–57 kg) in about a 16-month period. He weighed over 300 pounds (136 kg) at the trial. His weight was discussed by FOX News and similar media with speculation as to how it might affect the jury's perceptions.
On September 28, 2015, Zimmerman retweeted an evidence photograph of Trayvon Martin's body taken at the scene of the shooting and used in the trial. It stayed up for a few days before Twitter took it down. He also tweeted the work phone number of a person unrelated to the shooting, who was subsequently inundated with callers. Zimmerman responded to the controversy on October 5, typing that he had blocked the tweet and was attempting to simply tweet words of encouragement from a supporter. "I do not want to see or relive the night that I was attacked and had to use lethal force to defend my life," Zimmerman wrote. "No part of the events that transpired that night were heroic or admirable."

The Brutal Case of Victoria Elizabeth Marie | Terri Lynne McClintic Interrogation
Victoria Elizabeth Marie "Tori" Stafford (July 15, 2000 – April 8, 2009) was a Canadian girl who was abducted, raped, tortured and murdered by Michael Rafferty and Terri-Lynne McClintic. Her body was found three months later in a wooded area in rural Ontario. Her disappearance and the subsequent investigation and search were the subject of massive media coverage across Canada.
The police response to the situation as it developed and their failure to announce an Amber Alert was criticized by the public, and has been the focus of a review of the Amber Alert system in Canada. The circumstances of her death were unknown to the public until a publication ban was lifted in December 2010. At around 3:30 pm on April 8, 2009, Stafford left Oliver Stephens Public School to go home, and was captured on security camera at 3:32 pm being led down Fyfe Avenue, Woodstock, by a woman. When she failed to return home, she was reported missing by her grandmother, Linda Winters, at 6:04 pm.
Suspicion initially rested on Stafford's mother, Tara McDonald, as she had waited two hours to report her daughter missing even though her walk home from school was only a few blocks. Additionally, McDonald was unemployed, addicted to drugs, and hadn't gone out to search for her daughter, leaving it to the girl's grandmother to search for her, and later file a missing persons report. McDonald was suspected of being the woman in the security footage, which McClintic later confessed to.
Five days after Stafford's disappearance police called off the ground search and her classmates returned to school the next day. The case was featured in the April 25, 2009, episode of America's Most Wanted. The initial investigation was led by the local police and was later turned into a joint investigation with the Ontario Provincial Police, switching from a missing person investigation to an abduction case.
On May 20, 2009, police charged Michael Thomas Christopher Stephen Rafferty, 28, with first-degree murder and Terri-Lynne McClintic, 18, with being an accessory to murder (in addition to lesser charges) in the abduction and suspected murder of Stafford. Ontario Provincial Police indicated that Stafford's mother, Tara McDonald, was familiar with McClintic. McClintic assisted the police search for the remains of Stafford after her arrest,] and her lawyer stated that her client "wants Tori's family to know she is trying hard to find her body".
On May 28, 2009, McClintic's charges were altered to a first-degree murder charge and an unlawful confinement charge, and it was announced that the accused would be tried separately.
On July 21, 2009, police confirmed that remains found near Mount Forest two days earlier were those of Stafford. Stafford's body was naked from the waist down, wearing only a Hannah Montana T-shirt and a pair of butterfly earrings that she had borrowed from her mother. Her lower half was significantly decomposed. During an autopsy, it was determined that she had suffered a beating which caused lacerations to her liver and broken ribs and her eventual death was the result of repeated blows to the head with a claw hammer.

Central Park Five | Korey Wise Interrogation and False Confession
The Central Park jogger case was a criminal case in the United States based on the assault and rape of Trisha Meili, a 28-year-old white woman who was jogging in the park, and attacks on eight other persons, in areas ranging from the North Woods to the Reservoir of Manhattan's Central Park, on the night of April 19, 1989. Three of the victims were black or Latino. Meili was so badly injured that she was in a coma for 12 days. The New York Times in 1990 described the attack on her as "one of the most widely publicized crimes of the 1980s".
Attacks in Central Park that night were allegedly committed by a loose group of 30–32 teenagers, and police attempted to apprehend suspects after crimes began to be reported between 9 and 10 p.m. The brutally beaten Meili was not found until 1:30 a.m., after which the police hunt greatly intensified. They took into custody 14 or more other suspects over the next few days, and arrested a total of ten suspects who were ultimately tried for the attacks. Among them were four African American and two Hispanic American teenagers who were indicted on May 10 on charges of assault, robbery, riot, rape, sexual abuse, and attempted murder of Meili and an unrelated man, John Loughlin. The prosecutor planned to try the defendants in two groups, then scheduled the sixth defendant to be tried last. The latter pleaded guilty in January 1991 on lesser charges and received a reduced sentence.
Prosecution of the five remaining defendants in the rape and assault case was based primarily on confessions which they had made after police interrogations. None had counsel during this questioning. Within weeks, they each withdrew these confessions, pleaded not guilty, and refused plea deals on the rape and assault charges. None of the suspects' DNA matched the DNA collected from the crime scene: two semen samples that both belonged to one unidentified man. No substantive physical evidence connected any of the five teenagers to the rape scene, but each was convicted in 1990 of related assault and other charges. Subsequently, known as the Central Park Five, they received sentences ranging from 5 to 15 years. Four of the defendants appealed their convictions, but these were affirmed by appellate courts. The four juvenile defendants served 6–7 years each; the 16-year-old, tried and sentenced as an adult, served 13 years in adult prison. The five other defendants, indicted for assaults of other victims, pleaded guilty to reduced charges and received less severe sentences.
In 2001, Matias Reyes, a convicted murderer and serial rapist serving life in prison, confessed to officials that he had raped the female jogger. His DNA matched that found at the scene, and he provided other confirmatory evidence. He said he committed the rape alone. Reyes could not be prosecuted for raping Meili, because the statute of limitations had passed. In 2002 Robert Morgenthau, District Attorney for New York County, had his office conduct an investigation and recommended to the state court that the convictions of the five men on all charges be vacated. The court vacated their convictions in 2002, and the state withdrew all charges against the men.
In 2003, the five men sued the City of New York for malicious prosecution, racial discrimination, and emotional distress. The city refused to settle the suits for a decade, because its lawyers believed that the city could win a court case. After a change in administration, the city settled in 2014 with the five plaintiffs for $41 million. The five men also filed suit against the State of New York for additional damages; this case was settled in 2016 for a total of $3.9 million.

Stephen Port (born 22 February 1975) is a British convicted serial rapist and serial killer. He is responsible for murdering at least four men and for committing multiple rapes. Port received a life sentence with a whole life order on 25 November 2016, meaning he will not become eligible for parole and is unlikely to ever be released from prison. Police announced they are now investigating at least 58 deaths connected to the use of gamma-hydroxybutyric acid (GHB) in response.
Port met his victims via online gay social networks. He used gamma-Hydroxybutyric acid (GHB), a date rape drug, adding it to drinks given to his victims, raped them, and murdered four of them in his flat in Barking. The prosecution said "postmortem examinations on the four young men who died revealed that each had died from a drug overdose featuring high levels of GHB", but Port surreptitiously used other drugs on his victims: amyl nitrite (poppers), Viagra, mephedrone, and methamphetamine (crystal meth).
The graveyard of St Margaret's Church, Barking: the bodies of three of the four murder victims were found here.
His first murder victim, Anthony Walgate, 23, a fashion student originally from Hull, who on occasion worked as an escort, was contacted by Port on 17 June 2014 pretending to be a client and offered £800 for his services; they later met at Barking station. On 19 June 2014, Walgate was pronounced dead shortly before 8 am after Port himself anonymously called the emergency services reporting that a young boy was "collapsed or had had a seizure or was drunk" on the street outside his flat. Evidence linking Port to Walgate's death was missed at this time. Port was convicted of perverting the course of justice in March 2015 because his account of the death to the police varied. He was imprisoned for eight months, but released the following June and electronically tagged.
Between August 2014 and September 2015 Port murdered at least three more men: Gabriel Kovari, 22, who had moved to London from Slovakia and had briefly lived with Port; Daniel Whitworth, 21, from Gravesend in Kent, who worked as a chef; and Jack Taylor, 25, who lived with his parents in Dagenham, and worked as a forklift truck driver. The bodies of the last three of the four murder victims were found in the graveyard of the church of St Margaret of Antioch in Barking, two of which were found by the same woman on separate occasions walking her dog. Port had planted a fake suicide note alongside the body of Whitworth that suggested he was responsible for the death of one of the other victims, Kovari, and that he had killed himself out of guilt.

5 Counts of First Degree Murder | Chris Watts Interrogation
The Watts family murders occurred on the early morning of August 13, 2018, in Frederick, Colorado. While being interviewed by police, Christopher Lee Watts (born May 16, 1985, in Oklahoma) admitted to killing his pregnant wife Shan'ann Cathryn Watts (née Rzucek, born January 10, 1984 in New Jersey) by strangulation. Their daughters, four-year-old Bella, and three-year-old Celeste, died by asphyxiation due to smothering. He then disposed of his daughters' bodies in oil tanks and buried his wife in a shallow grave at his work-site. Watts pleaded guilty on November 6, 2018, to multiple counts of first-degree murder as part of a plea deal when the death penalty was removed from sentencing. He was sentenced to five life sentences without the possibility of parole, three to be served consecutively and two to be served concurrently.
Watts was arrested late on August 15, 2018. According to the arrest affidavit, Watts failed a polygraph test and subsequently confessed to murdering Shan'ann. Watts asked to speak to his father before confessing. According to the affidavit, Watts was having an affair and claimed to have asked for a separation from his wife. During the investigation, Watts claimed Shan'ann had strangled the children in response to his request for separation, and in a fit of rage, he strangled her and then transported the three bodies to a remote oil-storage site where he worked.
The authorities located the bodies of Watts' family on the property of his former employer, Anadarko Petroleum, on August 16. Watts had been fired from his job on August 15, the day of his arrest. The children's bodies were found hidden in the oil tanks. Shan'ann was buried in a shallow grave nearby.
On August 21, Watts was charged with five counts of first-degree murder, including an additional one count per child cited as "death of a child who had not yet attained 12 years of age and the defendant was in a position of trust"; unlawful termination of a pregnancy; and three counts of tampering with a deceased human body.
The case has been connected in the media to the crime of family annihilation. Many of these crimes occur in August, before school starts, which may delay detection and investigation. According to former FBI profiler Candice DeLong, cases such as Chris Watts's are rare, because "family annihilators usually commit suicide after the murders," an action that Watts claimed to have contemplated out of guilt for his actions. Also, Watts had a new girlfriend, that he was very excited about, on the side.
In an interview with Dr. Phil, Watts's lawyer claimed that Chris confessed to killing Shan'ann after an argument regarding divorce. During the murder, Bella walked in. Chris Watts then told his daughter that her mother was sick. He loaded Shan'ann's body into the back of his work truck and his daughters without car seats in the back. Later he smothered both children, one after the other, with a blanket in the back seat of his truck. Chris later confessed in a letter to Cheryln Cadle (published in her book, "Letters from Christopher") that he attempted to smother his daughters first, however after doing so and proceeding to Shan'ann, his daughters awoke from unconsciousness and discovered him with Shan'ann wrapped in a sheet, at which point he told them that she "was sick".

Concealing 6 Year Old's Murder | Liang Zhao Interrogation
An Ohio father admitted his part in concealing the murder of his own daughter, offering heart-wrenching details to investigators during an interrogation video recently released by officials.
The footage, recorded shortly after 5-year-old Ashley Zhao was found dead in January, 2017, shows Liang Zhao confessing to detectives that he saw his wife kill their daughter. Both parents are serving sentences for the murder and for their efforts to conceal the crime.
Ashley's body was discovered hidden in a container inside her family's restaurant in Jackson Township after her parents reported her missing.
Her mother, Ming Ming Chen, confessed to killing the girl, admitting that she beat her daughter to death in a fit of rage in the kitchen of their home in North Canton. During Chen's interrogation, she said that she told her husband, Liang Zhao, to "take care of it."
Zhao told police that they then put her in a car seat and took her body to the restaurant so that her sister would think she was sleeping.
"We brought her inside and just laid her there and we just continued on working," said Zhao.
Zhao told police their 6-year-old daughter was very impressionable and they believed she could be persuaded to believe her sister was okay.
"The plan was for JoJo to come home and see that she was there, then I would tie her up," said Zhao.
During the questioning, he told police that he then concealed the body in a walk-in freezer.
"I moved her to a walk-in freezer and in a plastic container so she wouldn't stink," he confessed.
The video shows investigators asking Zhao what he intended to do with the body when they eventually stopped their search.
"Burn it, bury it or throw it in the ocean...." he answered.
In December, Chen pleaded guilty to charges that include involuntary manslaughter and child endangering.
She is now serving a term of 22 years in prison. When she gets out, she will be sent back to China.
Her husband is serving a sentence of 12 years for his part in the crime.

Perry Hall School Shooter | Robert Gladden Jr. Interrogation
A shooting occurred at the Perry Hall cafeteria on the first day of school at 10:45 a.m., Monday, August 27, 2012. The shooter, 15-year-old sophomore student Robert Gladden, Jr., attended the first two classes and then went to the school restroom during break time where he allegedly reassembled a 12 gauge shotgun from his backpack and loaded it. He exited the restroom with the shotgun hidden under his clothing, and pulled it out in the cafeteria, where he fired a shot that struck a 17-year-old male student in the back, critically wounding him. A school guidance counselor, Jesse Wasmer, and Richard Rosenthal, a mathematics teacher, immediately rushed to Gladden and attempted to subdue him. More faculty members rushed the shooter, who fired into the ceiling during the struggle. Several people suffered minor cuts and bruises during the panic that ensued. Students were evacuated to a nearby shopping center and middle school.
In February 2013, Gladden was sentenced to 35 years in prison on charges of attempted murder.

Infamous Deposition | Jeffrey Epstein Questioning
Epstein pleaded not guilty to the charges of sex trafficking and conspiracy to commit sex trafficking on July 8. He faced a maximum prison sentence of 45 years if convicted.
“The alleged behavior shocks the conscience,” said Geoffrey Berman, U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, during a press conference on July 8 in which he detailed the allegations against Epstein. The Public Corruption Unit of U.S. Attorney’s Office is handling the case, with assistance from the FBI and the human trafficking officials from the U.S. Attorney’s office.
The arrest comes as Epstein recently received increased scrutiny surrounding a lenient plea deal he struck in 2008 after being accused of sexually abusing underage girls that allowed him to avoid federal prosecution.
Here’s what to know about the sex crimes case against Epstein.
Who is Jeffrey Epstein?
After starting out as a math teacher at Dalton School in New York City, Epstein worked at investment bank Bear Stearns for six years until he opened his own firm, J. Epstein and Co., in 1982 to manage funds for very wealthy clients.
Epstein’s wealth and the source of his money became difficult to track after he opened his own firm. But it went far—Epstein owns properties in Palm Beach; Stanley, N.M. and Paris, along with a private island in the U.S. Virgin Islands, prosecutors said. And then there’s his $77 million New York City mansion, which is the largest townhouse in Manhattan, according to the New York Times. J. Epstein and Co.’s offered services to people with assets of more than $1 billion.
He has conducted his business from the island of St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands for tax reasons and has owned the island Little St. James for more than 20 years.
What are the new allegations against Epstein?
The Miami Herald, which in November published a deep investigative report into how Epstein avoided federal prosecution in 2008, reports that the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Manhattan was investigating Epstein for months prior to unsealing the indictment. According to the Herald, the indictment included new victims and witnesses who came forward in the last several months to speak with officials in New York.

United States V Microsoft | Bill Gates Deposition
On May 18, 1998, the United States filed a civil complaint alleging that Microsoft had engaged in anticompetitive conduct in violation of §§ 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1,2. On that same date, a group of state plaintiffs filed a separate civil complaint alleging similar violations of federal law, as well as violations of the corresponding provisions of their various
state laws. Not long after filing, the two cases were consolidated and thereafter, proceeded jointly through discovery and a trial on the merits. On November 5, 1999, Judge Thomas Penfield Jackson entered 412 findings of fact, United States v. Microsoft Corp., 84 F. Supp. 2d 9 (D.D.C. 1999) (hereinafter cited as “Findings of Fact”), and on April 3, 2000, Judge Jackson entered conclusions of law, finding Microsoft liable for violations of §§ 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act and the corresponding state law provisions, United States v. Microsoft Corp., 87 F. Supp. 2d 30 (D.D.C. 2000). On June 7, 2000, Judge Jackson entered final judgment in the consolidated cases and imposed a structural remedy of divestiture for Microsoft’s violations of the Sherman Act. United States v. Microsoft Corp., 97 F. Supp. 2d 59 (D.D.C. 2000).

Snarky Deposition | Justin Bieber Photographer Assault
Justin Bieber and one of his bodyguards are being sued by a photographer for assault and battery, negligence and intentional infliction of emotional distress after a fight broke out on a Hawaiian beach last year, Billboard reports.
Paparazzo Aja Oxman was photographing Bieber jumping into the ocean on the island of Kauai when he claims the pop star told his bodyguard, Dwayne Patterson, “Go get his memory card and do whatever you have to do to get that card.” Oxman alleges Patterson then put him in a chokehold, lifted him up and dropped him onto the hood of a car multiple times, stopping only when another photographer began filming the incident on his phone. Oxman then claims both Bieber and Patterson destroyed his camera, and took his memory card and keys.
Following the incident, Patterson was arrested on suspicion of assault, and later pleaded no contest to criminal property damage and harassment; he paid Oxman $6,000 in restitution, according to CBS News. No charges were filed against Bieber, however, due to lack of evidence.
Patterson was at the center of another lawsuit filed by a TMZ photographer, Manuel Munoz, who claimed the bodyguard chased him, beat him, tried to take his memory card and locked him in a Subway sandwich shop. The incident occurred after Munoz photographed Bieber leaving the SET Nightclub in Miami Beach — later that night, Bieber was arrested for driving under the influence and drag racing.

Monica Lewinsky Scandal | Bill Clinton Deposition
24:19 to hop straight to the deposition
The Clinton–Lewinsky scandal was a U.S. political sex scandal that involved 49-year-old President Bill Clinton and 22-year-old White House intern Monica Lewinsky. The sexual relationship took place between 1995 and 1997 and came to light in 1998. Clinton ended a televised speech in late January 1998 with the statement that he "did not have sexual relations with that woman, Miss Lewinsky". Further investigation led to charges of perjury and to the impeachment of President Clinton in 1998 by the U.S. House of Representatives. He was subsequently acquitted on all impeachment charges of perjury and obstruction of justice in a 21-day Senate trial. Clinton was held in civil contempt of court by Judge Susan Webber Wright for giving misleading testimony in the Paula Jones case regarding Lewinsky and was also fined $90,000 by Wright. His license to practice law was suspended in Arkansas for five years; shortly thereafter, he was disbarred from presenting cases in front of the United States Supreme Court.
The impeachment of Bill Clinton began in December 1998 by the House of Representatives and led to a trial in the Senate for the impeachment of Bill Clinton, the 42nd President of the United States, on two charges, one of perjury and one of obstruction of justice.
These charges were caused from a sexual harassment lawsuit filed against Clinton by Paula Jones. Clinton was acquitted of these charges by the Senate on February 12, 1999.
Independent council Ken Starr tried to get Clinton removed from office, but failed. As a result, four charges were considered by the full House of Representatives; two passed, making Clinton the second president to be impeached, after Andrew Johnson in 1868.

Spokesperson for the Church of Scientology | Herber Jentzsch Deposition
Heber Jentzsch was born in 1935 in Salt Lake City and grew up in a Mormon family and named after Latter-day Saint apostle Heber C. Kimball. Though he was never baptized into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, he identified himself as a "believing Mormon",
He is the son of polygamist Carl Jentzsch and Carl's third wife Pauline; Heber has 42 siblings. In 1955 Carl was arrested, and excommunicated from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Heber Jentzsch was educated at Weber College in Ogden, Utah and the University of Utah, where he graduated in 1959 with a degree in communications. He also studied Eastern religions.
Before 1967, Jentzsch worked as a journalist for the Los Angeles Free Press and an actor, having a bit part in the film Paint Your Wagon. He played a small part in an episode of the 1960s television series Combat!, and an uncredited role in the film 1776.
Jentzsch joined the Church of Scientology in 1967 after allegedly being cured by the Scientology Purification Rundown of radiation burns he had suffered since he was 15.
During the 1970s, Jentzsch became the public relations director of the later-notorious Guardian's Office, serving as the Church of Scientology's chief press spokesman. He has continued in this role since his promotion to the post of President of the Church of Scientology International in 1982. In January 1986, Jentzsch faced the press on behalf of the Church to announce the death of L. Ron Hubbard. He has often appeared in newspaper interviews, aggressively defending the church on several occasions. Despite his media prominence, Jentzsch has been called a titular president. He is sometimes described as "the leading spokesperson for the Church of Scientology International" in church publications.
In 1988 Heber Jentzsch was arrested in Spain along with 69 other members of Scientology. Jentzsch was incarcerated in a Spanish jail for about three weeks. He was released and fled to the United States after Scientology paid a bail bond of approximately $1 million. Sixteen people, including Jentzsch, were charged with "illegal association" and various other crimes including tax fraud and endangering public health. The trial of the indictees began in February 2001, but Jentzsch himself did not appear; the prosecution called for him to be given a 56-year prison sentence. However, the Madrid Provincial Court dismissed all but the conspiracy charge and eventually ruled (in absentia) that the prosecution had presented insufficient evidence to prove this charge as well, and in April 2002, the last charge was formally dropped. The court ordered the bail bond be returned to Scientology with interest, nearly doubling the original 1988 bond amount.

5 Killed by a Middle Schooler | Mitchell Scott Johnson Deposition
In fact, with
Johnson attending the seventh grade and Golden attending the sixth grade, the students only shared bus rides to and from school.

4 Kids Slain | Michael Jones Interrogation
Michael Jones Jr. is charged with four new counts of homicide, one for each of the children he's accused of killing in the most atrocious of manners, court documents show.
Jones, 38, pleaded not guilty to the charge of second-degree homicide in September for his wife's death, 32-year-old Casei Jones. Investigators say they believe her body was kept in a van weeks after her killing, and she only was discovered when Jones crashed it in Georgia.
Casei Jones' children, Cameron Bowers, 10; Preston Bowers, 5; Mercalli Jones, 2; and Aiyana Jones, 1, all were found at a separate location.
Michael Jones is charged with four new counts of first-degree premeditated homicide in the deaths of his two children and two step-children, the Marion County Sheriff's Office announced Monday, Oct. 7.
Following weeks of investigation, the sheriff's office says Michael Jones killed his wife on July 10 with a baseball bat and strangled the two oldest children. About two weeks later, authorities say they believed he killed the two youngest children by drowning them.
Casei Jones was reported missing by her family on Sept. 15 after they hadn't heard from her for about six weeks.
"(Michael Jones) has no right to walk the face of this Earth," Sheriff Billy Woods said at the time of Michael Jones' arrest. "I hate to be him when he stands before the Lord."
Jones made his first appearance on Oct. 8 where he was appointed a public defender and denied bond on all charges due to being a flight risk.
The judge advised that Jones' four counts of first-degree murder are capital offenses and that the state, upon conviction at trial, will be seeking the imposition of the death penalty from the jury and the judge on these counts.
The one count of second-degree murder is a first-degree felony and punishable by up to life in prison.

Monica Lewinsky Tapes Part 1
Let me know how you like this! There are tons of these and I will keep posting them if people enjoy them.
The Monica Lewinsky Tapes
Linda Rose Tripp (née Carotenuto; born November 24, 1949) is a former U.S. civil servant who played a prominent role in the Clinton–Lewinsky scandal of 1998. Tripp's action in secretly recording Monica Lewinsky's confidential phone calls about her relationship with the president caused a sensation with their links to the earlier Clinton v. Jones lawsuit and with the disclosing of notably intimate details. Tripp claimed that her motives were purely patriotic, and she was able to avoid a wiretap charge in exchange for handing in the tapes. She then claimed that her firing from the Pentagon at the end of the Clinton administration was vindictive, while the administration claimed it to be a standard routine. Since then, Tripp works with her husband in a retail business in Middleburg, Virginia
Tripp became a close confidante of another former White House employee, Monica Lewinsky, while they both worked in the Pentagon's public affairs office. According to Tripp, who is about 24 years older than Lewinsky, they knew one another for a year and a half before the scandal began to reach its critical stage. After Lewinsky revealed to Tripp that she had been in a physical relationship with President Clinton, Tripp, acting on the advice of literary agent Lucianne Goldberg, began to secretly record phone conversations with Lewinsky while encouraging Lewinsky to document details of her relationship with the president.
In August 1997, Michael Isikoff, from Newsweek, reported that Tripp said that she had encountered Kathleen Willey coming out of the Oval Office "disheveled," with "her face red and her lipstick was off." Willey alleged that Clinton groped her. Clinton's lawyer Robert S. Bennett said in the Newsweek article, "Linda Tripp is not to be believed." In January 1998, Tripp gave the surreptitiously recorded tapes to then-Independent Counsel Kenneth Starr in exchange for immunity from prosecution. Tripp disclosed to Starr that she was aware of the relationship between Lewinsky and President Clinton, that Lewinsky had executed a false affidavit denying the relationship that was submitted to the federal court in Arkansas in the Clinton v. Jones lawsuit, and that Lewinsky had attempted to suborn Tripp's perjury in the Clinton v. Jones suit to conceal the Clinton-Lewinsky relationship as well as Tripp's claim regarding Kathleen Willey from the federal court. As Tripp explained, she was being solicited to commit a crime to conceal evidence in the Jones civil rights case. Jones’ lawsuit, initially filed in April 1994 through her attorneys Joseph Cammarata and Gilbert K. Davis, eventually resulted in the landmark U.S. Supreme Court decision in Clinton v. Jones that a sitting President of the United States does not have immunity against civil lawsuits for acts done before taking office, and unrelated to the office.
Tripp also informed Starr of the existence of a navy blue dress that Lewinsky owned that was soiled with Clinton's semen. During their friendship, Lewinsky had shown the dress to Tripp and said she intended to have it dry-cleaned; Tripp convinced her not to.
Based on Tripp's tapes, Starr obtained approval from Attorney General Janet Reno and the special court overseeing the Independent Counsel to expand Starr's investigation into the Clinton-Lewinsky relationship, looking for potential incidents of perjury, to investigate Lewinsky for perjury and suborning perjury as a witness in the lawsuit Paula Jones had brought against Clinton.
Tripp also told Starr that she had evidence directly linking the White House to the Travelgate, Filegate, and Chinagate affairs, but Starr chose not to act on that, preferring to pursue the sex-related allegations.
Tripp maintains she acted out of "patriotic duty." Tripp has claimed that she taped Lewinsky out of self-defense, as she feared retaliation from the Clinton administration, also claiming Lewinsky had assured President Clinton that she had told only Tripp about their affair (which was untrue), thus making her a target since she refused to go along with perjuring herself to protect Lewinsky and the President.
Eventually both Clinton and Lewinsky had to appear before a Washington, D.C., grand jury to answer questions, although Clinton appeared via closed circuit television. After the round of interrogation, the jurors offered Lewinsky the chance to offer any last words. "I hate Linda Tripp," she said.
