I added the coconut milk, Panang, chicken, potatoes and peas. The lady that has cooked for 50 years came here to add the sugar, salt, fish sauce to make it something special. I have Grits, they are ground dried rice, not corn, but very similar. Sometimes I add corn flour and it has tasted good. The best food to put gaeng panang gai with is Khanom Chin, fermented rice noodles. Next time.
