Upon request, I am sharing this extended video along with the removal of 5 Feral Hogs. Things really get crazy when they start moving. Unfortunately one was about to catch my wind so I had to start shooting before I wanted to, but I'll take 5 hogs removed. Pay attention to the crop damage in this wheat field as I pan around. I typically wouldn't shoot this gun at some of these ranges but I knew the target and I knew one was hit and tried to speed up it's demise. Watch as I call this whole sounder from over 400 yards away using the Convergent Hog Pro app. I had two special guests on this hunt, my dad and my 4th grade teacher! This is a Digital Night Vision video of the progression of calling a large sounder from 260 yards at night using the Convergent Hog Pro app. The scope is the Sightmark Wraith HD 4x. Distances are 260, 160, 70 yards. A few of these hogs were monsters.

Stalking hogs in the trees is an interesting endeavor. I got one hog and one tree before they hogs seemed to vanish! Look close and you can see the heat signature where i hit the tree. All the hogs in this sounder were about 180-200 pounds (based on the size of the one removed and the others in video). At least there were many trees to climb if needed.

Helping a rancher with a filed that hogs have made look like the face of the moon. (Giant craters.) Humidity was about 1,000% and it was misting rain. Humidity is thermal's biggest enemy but the Bering Hogster works hard and gets the job done. This is the first time I've used the "rainbow" palette but it worked well.

I was out helping a local rancher with a coyote problem when this 270 pound boar decides he might like some rabbit for dinner. I also hunt these fields for hogs that are literally ripping them up so I was luckily able to remove this beast.

I hunted several farms this night only to come back and find hogs in the oat field about 50 yards from the house.
