2 Cup almond flour
1 112 Cup almond Milk
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
3 Tbsp Unsweetened coco-powder
1 Cup powder substitute Sugar
STEPS:
1. Take a bolw and mix all the ingredients as per
quantity.
(add first dry ingredients then add liquid ingredients)
3.Greese the tray with olive oil
2. Mix the batter well with wisk or stock blender
4.Spread the batter evenly on tray
5.Heat the oven before putting the tray in it
6.Bake it in a pre-heated oven on 350F for 35-40 minutes
7.Cool down and cut it in squares before serving.

9.1/2 cup Avocado oil
10.1 tsp apple Cider vinegar

8 Slices of Bacon - cooked & chopped
1 lb Ground Beef
1 C Onions - chopped
3 Cloves Garlic - minced
1 Tsp Burger Seasoning
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 oz Cream Cheese
2 Eggs
1-2 Tbsp Mustard
1 C Cheddar Cheese shredded
Pickles cut in pieces
Cook bacon & set aside.
Brown beef in bacon fat (drain if too much fat) & add
onion, garlic & seasonings. Add worcestershire & cream
cheese, mix well. Remove from heat.
In medium bowl combine, eggs, cream & mustard, mix
well. Mix in 1 c cheddar cheese.
Spread ground beef mixture into 8 x 11 baking dish or you
can use a 9 x 9. Top with sliced
pickles, bacon & egg mixture. Top with additional cheddar
cheese.
Bake @ 350° for 15-20 minutes.
