A Mind Spiralling Idea of Where we Live Now this will leave your mind in a twist. Exploring the concepts of this reality and breaking free of the matrix Where do we live? The Instant Solution To World Peace - This Trumps All War, Violence, Division, Crime, is shown to us through words and images on a regular basis. We are more connected with our brothers and sisters than we have ever been yet all we seem to be shown is darkness. The world we live in is consumed by Fear. Fear is the opposite to Love So we know that this is not Truth. With recent events taking place in Israel, we are all being put through more conflict again Do you think this is a normal way to live? If we strip everything down to the level of the Soul we will be able to see this all will end very very quickly The only thing required is for everyone around the World to STOP what they are doing, move the mind out the way and pay attention to truth. Day 28 - When the Ego becomes the teacher The Ego plays a part in every moment of our lives. When we bring awareness to anything that is not our truth, there is always a teaching for us to find. In every moment all we have is Now, when we are present in the now, we are the gift. That gift is a choice, and that choice is each to make when we are at one with our soul When we are present we get to fully observe the mind without any attachments and start realising how the ego becomes our biggest teacher. Bring awareness to those moments which may have previously shocked you into a fear state and become the observer of your body and mind. Let us reflect on your Soul Revive journey. Day 27: The Body How much love and attention do you give your body? Our body is a miracle, it is the vessel that takes us on this journey. It is magical and will do everything it can to best serve us. One of its super powers is to find the most efficient way of doing things to save us energy. It also has a great gift of remembering movement patterns and certain functions so that it is performed without the use of the mind. When we repeat actions again and again, the body has the ability to store these actions with with the subconscious so that we can perform this without thought and allows us to turn our attentions onto other tasks. We can simplify every aspect of our life to a choice, so let us start brining awareness to how we can assist our body on our journey allowing it to do what it does best with the backing of your love, attention and intentions. We now all know the power of our influence that our thoughts and words have on our body. Day 26 - Acts of Kindness Kindness kind·ness noun the quality of being friendly, generous, and considerate. Set the intention every day to be kind, be kind to others without expecting a praise or expecting anything in return. It will be received in an instant and you feel the shift take place. Some of our most rememberable interactions with others which stay with us our entire life will involve acts of kindness It is infectious and spreads in waves around the world. Kindness goes beyond thoughts, kindness is the soul. What you put out comes back and kindness comes back twice as powerful Kindness is healing for the soul. One act can completely change someones life and that will stay with them as a memory forever Who was the last person that showed kindness to you and do you remember that feeling? Are you kind to your self? Would your mind say that your thoughts about you are kind?? Would your body say that you are kind? If you could perform an act of kindness to another right now, what would that look like? Always choosing to be kind will keep you in the state of flow which is healing. Your energy will continue to be vibrating high and that will be felt by everyone around you. Day 25 - Notice and Appreciate Every time we are communicating with others, set the intention to notice and appreciate. This brings instant connection with strangers and this will bring so much awareness for yourself and others Pay attention to a person and see what you can notice, bring awareness to their actions, their behaviours and their energy. It is fascinating to watch people in flow. Instantly you can pick up on peoples energy. Pay attention to their actions. You will start to see talents and many things that impress you or leave you intrigued. Be the observer. Every time I go into a coffee shop, I always pay attention to the workers, and there will be moments I notice them doing amazing things. I notice passion, I notice kindness, I notice service. When I see people turn up as themselves each day as their best self, I let them know. I appreciate them. When someone notices you and gives you appreciation, your soul is the energy that is felt. It is an instant feeling of gratitude being received. There will moments that provide you an opportunity to let them know that you have noticed and appreciate what they do. Bring awareness to their response When you say something with love, their reaction is not your responsibility. Many people struggle to receive complements and may react from a fearful place. Become the observer and know your truth. Time is what allows for people to learn who others are. If you show up as your best self in those moments, over time, people will know who you are you will start to see the real them show up. That is what you noticed. Their energy is their soul. When you bring awareness to more things in your life, the more you are conscious living which means you always have a choice. Now ask yourself, how often do you stop and Notice and appreciate yourself? Look through the eyes of your soul, what does your soul notice and appreciate about you? What do you notice and appreciate about your mind and body What does your mind and body appreciate about you? See what you start to notice? Biblical Truths Revealed: Messages in Plain Sight The Bible has been an interesting journey for me. Until recently I paid very little attention to scripture because of all the doubts around the origins, the amount of aggression that came from others who gave their interpretations and also how much lies and deception that has come from the Church and Religion during my lifetime The more I went on my spiritual journey the stronger my connection became with God. Meditations are the Gateway to Gods Kingdom within me and every single time I become One With the creator. I AM So my resistance was always came when people, especially Pastors who quoted scripture and continued to share the stories with messages like "You are a Sinner" "Only Jesus can save you" and everything you are seeking is outside of you. This is a BIG LIE, yet they always would back up their words with text The Bible can only be viewed from interpretation of the reader and if we took the time ourselves to read exactly what is written, everything is there in Plain Site You Are God You Are Christ God and Christ are within you You are powerful You are unique You are Children of the Light You are Children of God. It says it and it is there for all of us to read So what does this mean? It means that the person reading, is the only person that can give it meaning for it to be a truth. Words are from the mind, so words in a book, words from the past, words from the messenger can only be pointers to the truth, they can never be the full truth. We can never put God into words. Words can only describe a fractal of who and what God truly is. Your feelings are from within you, so only you can deScribe your feelings. You are the Scribe to your life You deScribe your experience (soul) and feelings (body) which then you give the meaning (mind) Soul, Mind, Body There is so much magic in these text which we then can apply to our life. We can use this to point us in the right direction to know how powerful we truly are God Wins
