Video released by Odesa City Council shows a worker covering up the photo of Musk on a billboard that also features photos of actors Leonardo DiCaprio, Benedict Cumberbatch and Emilia Clarke. The billboard thanks those featured for their “support of Ukraine” and bears the coat of arms of Odesa. The move came over a week after Musk put a peace plan to a poll on Twitter, attracting much criticism from within Ukraine.
