This is the first of the teens to start coming by for the free seeds soon we will have a lot of these teens visiting us

A Red Crested Cardinal as a baby has a brown crest I call them teenagers when the crown starts turning red as with any teen they are very brave at this age

Daddy/O takes his job seriously and is always feeding his wife this Time a grape I put out for them

This Male is nicknamed Daddy-Onand he knows his name this visit I saw him but he also a calls us and will look inside our Master Bedroom Sliding Glass door to see if we are home and chirp to let us know he’s hungry and would like the seeds. What a cool bird Buddy

This is Momma the coolest bird in my world for sure she’s awesome and so damn cool color wise she’s a real plain Jane probably the most plain Jane female I’ve ever seen but damn she Rocks we know her so well we can read her moods she’s going thru some sort of a loss right now as she stays silent when she’s happy again she’ll start talking to us a total sweetie

This parent has 2 Babies to tend to so darned cute seeing the Babies beg to be fed

These babies want to be fed but Mom wants them to Learn to eat on their own

We are having a lot of Bulbul babies both Red Vented and Red Whiskered are bring their babies to eat and the parents are watching them from afar I guess seeing their growth in self feeding

Momma is such a chill bird I’m so happy she’s back again I hope her life in the wild is good as we only see her when she decides to partake in the foods we are offering

This is Momma the bird that started us on feeding back yard birds she’s been away for several months after her mate passed away she is the coolest bird I have ever seen and she still is it was as if she was here all along

He doesn’t want to eat even meat unless I hand feed him damn getting old sucks he’s an adopted FurBaby and is now 14-1/2 which is really old for the breed he’s such a sweetheart I wish they lived longer but he’s brought us 7 years of Happiness

Or Momma Baby, Daddy Baby and Babies Baby this pair puts up with me but really have a special bond with my wife

The Mynahs don’t seem to eat a lot of Fruits but I swear they think that Grapes are a Sweet Treat and my do they chat with each other when I go out and wire tie grape bundles onto the hibiscus plant these birds communicate an awful lot with each other and you can tell when it’s a happy, danger or sad conversation just bu the sounds

Just the everyday common house Finches but this group is special as anyone will know when they actually get to know their neighbors since most of these bird species will Live within less than a 1/4 mile of their places to eat

Our Little Feathered Friends love it when we put out Mangoes and Papayas

Today’s Buffet includes Mixed Seeds with Dried Fruits, Mangoes, Papaya, Red Seedless Grapes & Green Seedless Grapes along with many really happy Birds the neighbors Cat is on occasion cutting the meals short but the birds are not easily cornered

The Red Whiskered Bulbul family is so cute feeding their Baby with a Japanese White Eye also trying to get a bit of the grapes for itself it sure seems like Grapes are almost like a treat for the birds they all get excited when I attach the grapes to the potted hibiscus plant and start eating before I even get into the house

Our Feathered friends having grapes for lunch the Mejiro’s (Japanese White Eye) being tiny always have to wait until the other larger species eat first today we have had so many baby birds coming by

So cool it’s been well over a Month that Momma2 hasn’t been by there are various reasons I think the primary one is this is not her territory I’m betting she’s sneaking into Daddy-O’s and Old Dog Face’s territory but she is one of my favorite birds she’s so relaxed around us at times she’s been within inches of my hands....So happy to see her again hopefully one day her Mom who is “Momma” will cone again and visit & Momma is the absolutely the coolest Northern Cardinal on my planet but both are near and dear to my heart love them both

These 2 Canaries are almost inseparable they are almost always together, cuties for sure the Male seems a bit beat up it’s difficult to see from a cell phone camera but they also seem to have lost their most recent offspring it’s as if he tried fighting to save his offspring but list the battle at least this couple is overall unharmed

A Baby Red Crested Cardinal actually has a brown Crest until they mature this one can feed itself but sure likes the parent to participate watching them grow up is such fun

So cute to watch the parents teaching their offspring how to eat even if my yard is kinda cheating for a really easy meal

For us we see this often but many folks don’t get to see a Baby Bird getting fed by it’s parent Here ya go enjoy
