I was traveling in Botswana and discovered how amazigly beautiful the sand roads are. As you drive the colors of the sand roads change !I just had to share this amazing exsperience.

As we where sailing on the Cavango River we came across this gigantic...huge Hippo,he was grazing. At first he looked very shy and wanted to hide behind the grass ..but then! With a stick in his mouth he decided to give us a show by opening his mouth wide!Woooow!!! Thank you Mr Hippo!!

The old Elephant taking his bath and thereafter playing around in the mud! He also throws mud all over him to cool down and walks off with grace

Mickey our most adorable 6 month old kitten sneaked onto the kitchen top and decided to give the Maize a taste! He somehow gets the grip and slings the maize out of the bowl..he then carefully bites on it and eats the bits that comes of. I personally did not know that cats eat maize..I am quite amazed to see this!! Our dog Chloe came to investigate and was wacked away by Mickey! Now at least I know who has been stealing the Maize

My kitten Zazu who is 8 months old was playing so cute...so I decided to make a video noticing a bit later what she was playing with....she brought a mouse into the house and was playing with it as though it was alive! She left my gift in front of the bed not long after that

We visited a Lodge in Botswana where we visited the lions. The lioness was not very happy when we disturbed her privacy. Shortly afyer that we realised why.The big lion came to her rescue!

My friends African Grey parrot called Max climbed down his cage and threw over his food bowl! In anger he started knocking his beak onto the metal bowl, making drum likes noises! How cute is that!

Chloe our 7 year old beagle who has the nose ever, could not keep her nose away from the smell of a peace of steak left on the counter. She tried very hard to get hold of this meat...stretching herself to the limit I swear I could see her nails growing as she tried to reach! For all her effort she did get a piece of meat! I had to clean up all the drool from the floor!! Lol !!

We sat on the boat watching the Elephant herd crossing the lake. They passed us very gracefully. A few young bulls flapped their ears and moved on quietly!

Whilst enjoying his bath,the hippo decides to show off his legs to us and therefore turn on his back! The little chubby legs appeared in the air..this is quite unusual for a hippo! We all thought he fell in love with the rock!

Chloe our 3 year old beagle enjoyed it very much when we put her onto the floatable matress We pushed her side to side,she enjoyed not getting her paws wet.. because she really does not like getting wet!!

Filoh and Chillie are playing hide and seek! Filoh hides behind a curtain..but only manages to hide his face. Chillie immediately finds him and tries to get his attention by wagging his tail and walking past Filoh.Filoh does not moove and pretends he does not see the cat! I think Filoh thinks the cat has not seen him yet!!

We knew our ostriches where laying on eggs..one afternoon both ostriches came to feed and behind them in the bush came trotting 5 little ostrich ckicks which we saw for the first time. The male ostrich was very protective spreading his wings and even went on attack!!! They are just protecting their chicks ! How adorably tiny they are..what a blessing!

Chloe my beagle pulled her blanket when Maze my 1 year old Maltese decided to get the blanket back. Chloe being stronger gave Maze no chance to pull and pulled Maze all the way with her! Chloe gave Maze one bark to back off..showing her who the blanket belongs to!

Our kitten was mesmerized with the robotic vacuume cleaner hoped an and enjoyed the ride. I wonder what went through her mind? How adorable!

Bibi and Wùrmchen are enjoying the love for each other whilst the cleaning process is taking place..they both are quite satisfied at the end

Our cat Mistey was totally mesmerized when she discovered the red lazour dot on the floor..my daughter Kylie enjoyed watching her spin until she lost balance ad fell over..I think she got a bit dizzy!

Chillie the little dog goes crazy when he starts digging for a mouse...he will dig until his head is totally inside the hole...if he hears the word mouse he starts to dig!!
