Faro really wanted to play with the flip flops and then gets bored and comes in for a chest rub

Friesdale Farms Quidditch and Bocce went on their first trail ride with their Mommas today. They did great. When we came back the herd was very happy to see them, and they were happy to be back.

Handsome and Elliot are no match for Frisbee. Elliot the Brindle wants to play but once Frisbee grabs a chunk of his neck he decides the game it no longer fun

This adorable 5.5 weeks old Great Dane puppy loves her flopping fish toy.

Faro is 3 weeks old today and this is his 2nd trail ride with his big brother Chance in the lead and his Momma Hopscotch being ponied alongside. Frisbee and Sprocket come along for the ride.

I threw my hoody on Faro, and his big brother Chance was confused as to what was on his little brother.

Handsome thinks he should be on the couch with Mom, not Sprocket...but Sprocket refuses to move.

Chance had to get as close as possible to watch the kite flying.

This is why my horse chores take so long. Horses are so curious, they need to check everything out and Chance and Scrabble are no exception

Scrabble loves playing with water. It looks like her lips are dancing.

Spoons is now 5 weeks old and doing great. She follower her human Momma ME riding her Aunt Scrabble on a 30 minute trail ride and did great!

Elliot and Frisbee try to catch mice in a wood pile but it seems the mice are a little more crafty.

1,5 month old Faro goes out on trails with his big brother Chance and their Momma Hopscotch.

Chance and his cousin Quidditch play like this day and night...every day. It's so much fun to watch them.

Faro is wearing his fly mask to keep the bugs out of his eyes and ears but his mom got hers off rubbing on a post. So Faro decided this was a great opportunity to play with it before his human mom put it back on his horse mom.

I brought Ouija and her colt Quidditch in the yellow halter out to learn how to load but cousin Bocce (Bah-chee) wanted to tag along. Quidditch didn't want to get in the trailer so Bocce climbed in to show him how it's done.

Faro loves the hose on a 90 degree day. He is 2 weeks old today and already knows that hose = cool down. Side note: the masks on the horses faces they can see through, they are made with a screen material that prevents biting flies and gnats from hurting and irritating horses, the horses know they help and love them.

Friesdale Farms Quidditch does liberty work with his breeder. Quidditch is 5 months old and has been doing this since he was a month old. Nothing fancy but preparing him for life. I use small cut up carrots for his reward. Yes he is wearing a butterfly headband.

Friesdale x Lusitano buckskin colt was just born 6 hours ago and is still a little off balance. He is a little up in his pasterns now, but that will work itself out. He is a complete sweetheart and already loves people and ignores the dogs.

Friesdale Farms Quidditch and Bocce both Friesian crosses born 17 days apart just love each other so much and play all of the time. It's so cute to watch them.

Friesdale Farms Chance loves playing and when you wave a flag over his head he will do anything to catch it. His funny faces are too cute.

Frisbee the Parson Russell Terrier loves going out on the pond on hot days. He collects leaves, acorns and sticks floating on the pond as we drift on by.

Friesdale Farms Quidditch and Bocce go on all of the trail rides with their Mommas. They are learning the ropes and having fun. Our Terrier follows close behind to make sure everyone is safe.

The horses all love this Oak tree, perfect for shade and low enough branches for back scratches. The fall colors are so pretty right now

Faro is 2 weeks old and loves his cousin Ouija. They groom each other daily. It's so cute to watch this little foal act so adult like.
