***This is a different spray bottle than what most of us use but the concepts are the same.

The recommended dilution is 0.5% to 1%. The most common saline bottles are either 44 ml or 88 ml. For a 44 ml saline bottle - 0.5% dilution is 2 ml Iodine 1% dilution is 4 ml Iodine For a 88 ml saline bottle - 0.5% dilution is 4 ml Iodine 1% dilution is 8 ml Iodine **Yes these are not EXACT but we are erring on the safe side.
