President Biden’s new, multi-trillion dollar infrastructure initiative proves a shocking reality: We’re in the midst of a Marxist takeover of America. Through what’s billed as a visionary upgrade of the nation’s crumbling infrastructure, the Biden-Harris team seeks to impose its radical climate change agenda, a fundamental transformation of our energy sector and the effective institution of government-directed, centrally planned economics. As Saul Alinsky prescribed, Washington’s Marxists are simultaneously working to dismantle other fundamentals of our constitutional Republic, as well – from precluding future free and fair elections, to denying freedom of speech and religion to ending gun rights. And any who oppose such actions will be considered “domestic terrorists.” Did anyone give the Marxists a mandate to do all this? Of course not. President Biden just doubled down on the wrecking operation he is conducting against the U.S. military. The cumulative effect of his administration’s sustained assault on our armed forces is as predictable as was his dismantling of our border security policy and programs: It will needlessly endanger this country and the American people. Under Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, the Pentagon has reinstituted critical race theory trainings that vilify all white servicemen and women as racists. Troops suspected of alignment with President Trump, conservative values or other so-called “extremism” are being subjected to investigations and purges. And yesterday, transgender individuals were cleared to serve in uniform and have taxpayers fund their expensive sex-change operations. Readiness is being eroded, as is morale. Ominous storm clouds are unmistakably gathering in the western Pacific. The World Health Organization, an international agency known to be deeply compromised by the Chinese Communist Party, has just concluded a problematic investigation into the source of the murderous Coronavirus pandemic. Today, its findings exonerating the CCP from any responsibility and echoing its party-line that bats naturally spread the virus will be rolled out with much fanfare. This disinforming bottom-line will be pushed hardest by a WHO investigator named Dr. Peter Daszak. He’s a British zoologist who has long been implicated in the work of the Chinese biowarfare laboratory known as the Wuhan Institute of Virology, which he insists was not involved in the outbreak. But the U.S. government knows the lab was doing work on mutating coronaviruses because, thanks to Dr. Tony Fauci, it paid for such so-called “gain-of-function” research there. The latest mass murder in Boulder rebuts a number of the nostrums of the day, rather than affirms them. First, the gunman appears to be a jihadist, not a white supremacist. While the shooter, Ahmad al-Issa, had reportedly been identified by the FBI as a potential threat, sadly he didn’t fit the profile of the purported “domestic terrorists” and “violent extremists” with whom the bureau is evidently preoccupied, namely Caucasian Trump-supporters. If, as some insist, the shooting was racially motivated, it doesn’t jive with the dominant narrative of the moment, either. While likely simply a product of jihadism, if racism prompted the murder of ten white victims presumably it’s been encouraged by incessant denunciations of whites and their so-called “privilege.” Equally counterfactual is the idea that disarming law-abiding citizens would prevent such criminal conduct. Joe Biden couldn’t remember yesterday the name of his Secretary of Defense, or even that of the Pentagon in which he works. This is, unfortunately, not an isolated “senior moment” of forgetfulness. It is now part of pattern of behavior that dates back to his nearly invisible role in the 2020 campaign, a pattern that raises serious questions about Mr. Biden’s mental competence and fitness to serve as President at a time of growing domestic and foreign challenges. We can no longer accept less than full disclosure about the Commander-in-Chief’s condition. That’s especially so if, as seems to be the case, such secrecy is enabling the implementation the most radical leftist policy and legislative agenda in the nation’s history – an agenda that might just prove impossible to adopt if Kamala Harris, the most radical leftist Vice President ever, were formally in charge. Joe Biden’s first presidential press conference yesterday prompted a troubling question, albeit one not asked by a palpably controlled White House press corps: Namely, who’s actually in charge? Alejandro Mayorkas is the new Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security. Until yesterday, he was best known for his scandalous misconduct facilitating visas for politically-connected Chinese migrants when he was Barack Obama’s director of Customs and Border Protection. After Mayorkas made the rounds of this Sunday’s TV talk shows, however, his reputation will be further marred by the spate of lies he told about the border crisis the Biden administration has created. These included denying there is such a crisis and insisting that the border is as secure as under Donald Trump. The truth is the new administration’s disastrous and inhumane immigration policy has one overarching objective: Let in as many prospective Democratic voters as possible. It’s no coincidence that Biden and Company are simultaneously pushing dangerous legislation through Congress that will enable such illegal aliens to become illegal voters, too. President Joe Biden has given the Chinese Communist Party a free-pass to engage in genocide against Muslim Uyghurs and other ethnic minorities in Western China. In a televised CNN townhall, he dismissed it as a manifestation of a different “cultural norm.” Genocide would be more accurately described as a “CCP norm.” Throughout the Party’s sordid history, that transnational criminal organization has repeatedly engaged in truly “systemic racism,” industrial-grade oppression and, yes, mass murder. And the present General Secretary, Xi Jinping, is doing it all again as part of his relentless pursuit of absolute power. The U.S. Senate will soon consider S.1, a bill that would impose, nationally and permanently, voting arrangements proven to facilitate electoral fraud. Officially known as the “For the People Act,” this fatally flawed legislation has earned a new nickname: “The Corrupt Politicians Act.” Your Senators should feel duty-bound to oppose this egregious bill by the oath they swore to protect and defend the Constitution. But here’s another, perhaps more compelling, consideration: Recent opinion surveys indicate that the damage S.1 would do to electoral integrity is overwhelmingly opposed by the American people. For example, this legislation would prohibit every state from employing a widely practiced election integrity precaution, namely, requiring voter identification to cast a ballot. A new Polling Company poll found that seventy-seven percent of respondents – with majorities in every demographic subgroup – quite sensibly reject this idea. So must their Senators. Moves to limit or abandon a mechanism for ensuring the U.S. Senate’s minority party can shape legislation have long been known as “the nuclear option.” That’s because the legislative filibuster keeps Congress’ upper chamber from operating like the House of Representatives, where a simple majority governs, and its demise would figuratively “blow up” the Senate as we have known it. Yesterday, amid signs that the Senate’s slimmest possible majority is poised to end or create exceptions to the legislative filibuster, Republican leader Mitch McConnell unveiled what might be called a “nuclear deterrent”: the threat to use procedural measures to slow the chamber’s business to a crawl. He calls it a “scorched-earth Senate.” Immediately at issue is S.1, legislation that would preclude free and fair elections in this country. Let us pray that Sen. McConnell succeeds in deterring its party-line enactment. This is Frank Gaffney.

It’s becoming conventional wisdom that the Biden-Harris administration and its radical leftist congressional allies are alarmingly overreaching. Consequently, Republicans assure us that they will win the 2022 elections and quickly reverse the outrages swiftly being put into place by the current, slender Democratic majority. There’s just one problem with this scenario: The so-called “For the People Act,” better known as H.R.1 in the House and S.1 in the Senate, will – if enacted – preclude free and fair elections in America, next year and probably forever after. If you don’t want to live in an effectively one-party – and increasingly totalitarian – nation, you must let your Senators know now how you feel about S.1. Or kiss the country goodbye. Joe Biden addresses the nation in prime-time tonight about his response to the pandemic the Chinese Communist Party unleashed on this country and the rest of the world. Yet, you’re unlikely to hear him mention the source of the ensuing catastrophe. Another example of Biden-Harris efforts to appease Beijing is its tortured acknowledgement that the CCP has engaged in genocide and that nothing has changed in its behavior. But the State Department refuses to admit that the genocide is ongoing. Avoidable wars sometimes begin with miscalculations. Chinese dictator Xi Jinping may perceive an opportunity – between such symbolic signs of our submission, his government’s deep compromise of the Biden family and the President’s mental infirmity, which must have been evident in the course of their recent, two-hour conversation – that the time is ripe for aggression. Keith Ellison is the Attorney General of Minnesota. He is also a socialist with extensive ties to the Muslim Brotherhood. That background intensifies concerns that General Ellison may have invited a wave of violence in his own state – and possibly across the country – at the hands of other radical leftists. Ellison appears to have overcharged Derek Chauvin, the former police officer accused of murdering George Floyd. If so, Chauvin may be acquitted, providing a pretext to groups like Black Lives Matter and Antifa to renew their violent rampages. If things go bad, federal help may not be in the offing, given Joe Biden’s past refusal to condemn such revolutionary activity and Kamala Harris’ professed solidarity with its perpetrators. With the FBI evidently fixated on a purported domestic terrorism threat from Trump supporters, America may be in for unchecked and widespread mayhem. This is Frank Gaffney.

Joe Biden will tell fellow globalists today that “America is back.” His Munich security conference audience will interpret, and welcome, that as code for repudiating the policies Donald Trump called “America First.” Instead, we’ll be “back” to the approach Barack Obama called “leading from behind.” Call it “the Great Reset.” That’s actually the name of an initiative being promoted by an ominous alliance made up of World Economic Forum capitalists, European Union transnationalists and anti-American dictators like Russia’s Vladimir Putin and China’s Xi Jinping. Their shared goal is a new world order in which the U.S. is no longer the dominant power and promoting socialism, not freedom, is the organizing agenda. President Biden may win foreign plaudits for selling out this country in the pursuit of such resetting “convergence.” American patriots, however, will never forgive him for putting this nation last. U.S. Marines are renowned for there being “No better friend, no worse enemy.” The Biden-Harris administration seems, however, to want foreigners to conclude that, as in the Obama-Biden years, it is better to be America’s enemy than its friend. From the get-go, he’s acted to undermine two relatively friendly nations in the region, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. The latest blow was a so-called “intelligence report” asserting the de facto Saudi ruler ordered a political opponent’s murder. These are but a few of numerous Biden-Harris initiatives calculated to appease America’s principal foe in that part of the world: the terrorist-sponsoring, nuclear weapons-building, Sharia-supremacist Iranian regime. Our 45th President had his audience and tens of millions of others of us at “Hello” when he memorably addressed the Conservative Political Action Conference yesterday. Donald Trump asked, “Do you miss me yet?” and a resounding affirmative answer rang out across the land – and became even more heartfelt in the course of the ninety minutes that followed. Partly that was because Mr. Trump powerfully recalled the accomplishments of his time in the presidency and contrasted them with the immense damage his successor has already done to our national security, economic strength, relations with allies and adversaries and public health. The former President also laid out his vision for restoring an America in which elections are once again free and fair, our borders secure, our economy vibrant, our enemies deterred and our God-given, constitutionally guaranteed freedoms intact. Former Trump strategist Steve Bannon’s popular TV program, War Room Pandemic, has an engaging theme song. Its refrain is “Let’s take down the CCP.” The Chinese Communist Party has a variation on that tagline – “Let’s take down the USA.” Unfortunately, the CCP’s version isn’t just a catchy jingle. It’s a strategic policy, one that is now well-advanced. The Chinese Communists say they’re in a “People’s War” with us. Matthew Pottinger served as the Deputy National Security Advisor to President Trump. A former China-based Wall Street Journal reporter turned Marine intelligence officer, he played an outsized role in Mr. Trump’s efforts to defeat the CCP virus and the regime that unleashed it on the world. On Sunday, Mr. Pottinger publicly shared lessons learned in the course of the Covid pandemic.
