INGREDIENTS: 1 egg 1 mashed banana - 80g 1 tbsp honey (more can be added for sweeter taste) 1 tsp butter (room temperature) 1/4 cup - 25g - rolled oats 1 and 1/4 cup oat flour - 120g Cinnamon to taste 1/2 tsp baking powder Oat flour for dusting the surface
DIRECTIONS: Beat the egg and add the honey and butter. Then add the rolled oats and cinnamon and mix well. Add a little oat flour and mix in the baking powder, then continue adding the rest of the oat flour. Knead the dough until it no longer sticks to your hands. Dust the surface with oat flour and place the dough on top, sprinkle oat flour on top of the dough as well and roll it out to a thickness of approximately 0.5cm. Sprinkle cinnamon and roll it out again. Cut with a cookie cutter or shot glass. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 to 12 minutes. Once cool, store in a closed container.
