Newest Build. Lots of new stuff. Crows, Bull, Cliff Edge, 4 more Funhouses, and several new obstacles. I adjusted a lot of stuff, including when things advance in difficulty, gave the player a bit of extra life, added highlights to the controller layout posters, added the option to add more zombies, and many many more updates.

This was a test to see how the optimization was going. The last version was at 70fps, now the average is 99. That's step in the right direction, but still have a way to go to get to 120fps.

It's getting closer to what I want. Now you need to unlock the weapons. In just 2 runs, I had 3 weapons. I got further than I thought I would with just the single gun. Still working on getting better framerates. always optimizing. I sent the game out to get tested by 10 people. this should give me things to focus on, for fixes and improvements.

Posting a new playthrough by a tester. They chose to play with the new background music loop. Game keeps feeling better and better.

-Achievement system is up. Should be talking to STEAM still have some issues with STATS, but am talking with STEAM to find the issue. Then I can get on a Leaderboard, and people seeing how far you've ran. -VHS recording is up. Players can choose one of 2 tapes to record their map onto, so if they want to replay the same map again, they can. There will be a few pre-recorded maps in the shelf, but I have not hard-coded them yet. Watch the last 2 playthroughs, and you'll see they are the same obstacles, in the same order. -You can now choose what Background sounds you want. choices are :none (silence). Night forest. Music Playlist. Game Music (simple non disruptive groove on loop).

Testing what type of background music I can add to the game. this song is called Icebreaker by Soundbay. https://vasilyatsevich.bandcamp.com/track/icebreaker I'm looking at either several songs from different artists, or working with a single artist who has the correct feel. Also adding in a lot of UI stuff the past week.

Working on allowing the player to replay a randomly generated map. This is the beginning of being able to challenge your friends not only to beat your score, but beat it on the same map you ran.

I added new notify things for the distance markers, like road flares and sounds, as well as glowing guns to show where they will be unlocked when the game comes out.

Cargo Container funhouse elements. In the video they are just the pieces, but I started with a funhouse that uses up a full tile, then broke it up into parts, so that I could use them as set piece obstacles. I am looking into making another with more pieces, since I figured out a way to force the player to land from a jump more quickly. this means I can place jumpable pieces closer together.

I made the giant avoidable, and you can stun him, as well as kill him, now. Before he would just walk behind you slowly, and you didn't need to think about him. Gentle Giant... Not any more. Now he walks faster, and will even jog to catch up to you, and when he gets close, from behind he does a swipe attack. To avoid this, you need to keep him busy with lead.

Added some Stings to the certain points to make it more notable in game. although it gets a little drowned out during lots of gunfire.

New trailer with a better screen grab software, so it's not 10fps. Getting more gameplay tests in, so I am able to record some of it.
