We wanted to try out something new and go back to our roots (we've written and recorded hip hop music YEARS before we started creating content for YouTube so we thought it'd be fun to combine our love for video games and hip hop music. For the 1st episode of Song Saturdays we made a song all about some of Nintendo's best princesses, Peach and Zelda. We're gonna do whatever it takes to save them from Bowser and Ganon (Ganondorf?) LYRICS (Logan's Verse) Think I wrote her ass a note, then I spoke to her close, As the heart, on my chest, Like an archer, My target, was set, then I stepped, Toward her castle and knocked, Quite obnoxious, I'm nervous, Then heard it, unlock... thus I proceeded, But i wasn't greeted, Ain't gonna lie, at that point in time, My mind, Thought of retreating, But i couldn't see it, The knowledge worth keeping, I crept even deeper, The deeper I crept, like I stepped, In a freezer, *Cold wind* [In reaction to cold] *Pant Pant* *God Damn!* But still I move cuz I'm eager, to meet her, I'm needin, to know how to deal with this wind, It's growing louder, overpowering, then, I see a small, light from down the hall, I risked it all yall, But i'm finally In! *Door opening and closing* That's when I see her, Zelda, She's worth all the commotion, Blond hair as the legends tell it...eyes blue as the Ocean, Say my name's Logan, She says "I know who you are, but you traveled very far," "Why have you come to this castle?, Do you intend battle, you wounded heart?," Told her nah, (AJ's Verse) Apple of my eye That forbidden fruit I've had others that tried They can't compare to you I've gone bananas for love She floats through dreams like no one She gotta crazy stalker I protect her from & he locks her in his lair but He can not keep you away from me Wait for me patiently bake up that cake While I break down that gate to be with you again I will take any form beat any stage clear every course Got extra mushrooms on that pizza you asked for I rushed to ya room But you weren't in that castle It's bowser that asshole I'll come for you soon prepare for the battle suit up I'm raccoon I gotta get Yoshi And Luigi my bro we Stompin on Goombas & robbin' the Koopas for shells we can throw See foes can not hold me No. Not for long.
