Without warning, hundreds of noncommissioned officers were ordered via email to report to the recruiting school at Fort Knox, Kentucky, in less than a week, with hundreds more set to start at the school in December -- a sudden unexpected move by the Army as the service scrambles to boost its recruiting force by 800 by the end of the year. The orders came after a breakdown in how the Army tracks how many recruiters it has coming through the pipeline along with retention of existing ones, according to Lt. Gen. Douglas Stitt, the Army's top personnel officer. The sudden depletion of recruiters caught Army planners flat-footed, with officials unable to provide a clear explanation as to what went wrong. Middle East Update: 10/21/2023 Israel just gave the "Green Light" or the approval to invade Gaza to remove the threat of Hamas and rescue the 200+ hostages. Turkey is threatening the west and Israel due to lack of humanitarian aid to Gaza. The question is where is the humanitarian aid going, Hamas or the people of Palestine? Turkey has joined with Cypress and are starting to form a humanitarian corridor to Gaza. They look to set up two blockages. One at Tyre, Lebanon and another at Gaza itself. This would push all other ships, including the US, to move the west in the Mediterranean Sea. This would also lock down Israel's naval groups toward their coast.
