Creating a "Tele-Tron" With Affordable Parts
I have been wanting to do some modifications to an Asian-made Deltatone, t-style guitar I have. Unfortunately, American made pickups and electrinics are expensive so I decided to try out guitarfetish.com to change out some parts on this old guitar. It ending up being a fun father-son learning experience that I am glad I did with my son. We swapped out the pickups, pickguard, bridge, and all the electronics to turn it into a Filter-tron powered Telecaster. A Tele-Tron.
My son and I call it the:
"Tuxedo Tele-Tron"
- Pickups : "Hard" GF Tron (Filtertron) pickups with Alnico V Magnets (Equiped with "Kwik Connect", 4 wires, soldered as 2 wire.
- Pickguard, Pearloid, cut for GF Tron
- Bridge, cut for GF Tron
- xgp (guitarfetish) "prewired" telecaster electronics with full size 500K volume and tone pots and 3 position switch.
- Strings D'addario NYXL .11-.50
- Amp used: Blackstar HT5 head and cab, 12" speaker.
- Filmed with cell phone. LG Velvet 5G Phone.
- Edited in InShot.
Enjoy. God Bless.
But, what do I know?!

Creating Customized Charts With Planning Center Services
I have been on worship teams for over 30 years. As a Worship Leader both by trade and as a volunteer, I have used Planning Center Services to plan, schedule, and communicate with team members. When I learned that I can create customized arrangements and chord charts within the program, it was a game changer. (Shout out to Nathan A.)
I tried to make a dry subject interesting im this video. I think that charting your music will help your worship team communicate more efficiently and thus, help you and your team focus on worshipping God together in your rehearsals and services.
God Bless.
