The Fear For The Lord Has Departed From The Church!
Lesson notes.
From Veni Manickam: Fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. The fear of the Lord teaches us how to honor God.
From Veni Manickam: 1 John 3:2 - when we see God, we will be like Him
From Veni Manickam: The spirit of the fear of the Lord keeps us until we see God — the purpose of God is for us to go from glory to glory & be transformed into the image of the Son.
From Veni Manickam: We have to crucify the flesh daily. Our soul continue to be restored and redeemed daily. We become more like what we expose our soul to— the process of sanctification (being set apart) & our soul being redeemed-regenerated-renewed-perfected
From Veni Manickam: What we are feeding ourselves spiritually is what is going to manifest in our lives
Matthew 17
17 And after six days Jesus taketh Peter, James, and John his brother, and bringeth them up into an high mountain apart,
2 And was transfigured before them: and his face did shine as the sun, and his raiment was white as the light.
3 And, behold, there appeared unto them Moses and Elias talking with him.
4 Then answered Peter, and said unto Jesus, Lord, it is good for us to be here: if thou wilt, let us make here three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias.
5 While he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye him.
6 And when the disciples heard it, they fell on their face, and were sore afraid.
7 And Jesus came and touched them, and said, Arise, and be not afraid.
8 And when they had lifted up their eyes, they saw no man, save Jesus only.

Why Did Jesus Choose Peter, James and John? - Are You Chosen?
Many are called buy fuew are chosen.
MATTHEW 17
The Transfiguration
1Six days later Jesus took with Him Peter and James and John the brother of James, and led them up on a high mountain by themselves. 2And His appearance changed dramatically in their presence; and His face shone [with heavenly glory, clear and bright] like the sun, and His clothing became as white as light. 3And behold, Moses and Elijah appeared to them, talking with Jesus. 4Then Peter began to speak and said to Jesus, “Lord, it is good and delightful and auspicious that we are here; if You wish, I will put up three [sacred] tents here—one for You, one for Moses, and one for Elijah.” 5While he was still speaking, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them, and a voice from the cloud said, “This is My beloved Son, with whom I am well-pleased and delighted! Listen to Him!” 6When the disciples heard it, they fell on their faces and were terrified. 7But Jesus came and touched them and said, “Get up, and do not be afraid.” 8And when they looked up, they saw no one except Jesus Himself alone.
9And as they were going down the mountain, Jesus commanded them, “Do not tell anyone what you have seen until the Son of Man has been raised from the dead.” 10The disciples asked Him, “Then why do the scribes say that Elijah must come first?” 11He answered and said, “Elijah is coming and will restore all things; 12but I say to you that Elijah has come already, and they did not recognize him, but did to him as they wished. The Son of Man is also going to suffer at their hands.” 13Then the disciples understood that He had spoken to them about John the Baptist.
The Demoniac
14When they approached the crowd, a man came up to Jesus, kneeling before Him and saying, 15“Lord, have mercy on my son, for he is a lunatic (moonstruck) and suffers terribly; for he often falls into the fire and often into the water. 16And I brought him to Your disciples, and they were not able to heal him.” 17And Jesus answered, “You unbelieving and perverted generation, how long shall I be with you? How long shall I put up with you? Bring him here to Me.” 18Jesus rebuked the demon, and it came out of him, and the boy was healed at once.
19Then the disciples came to Jesus privately and asked, “Why could we not drive it out?” 20He answered, “Because of your little faith [your lack of trust and confidence in the power of God]; for I assure you and most solemnly say to you, if you have [living] faith the size of a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and [if it is God’s will] it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you. 21[But this kind of demon does not go out except by prayer and fasting.]”
22When they were gathering together in Galilee, Jesus said to them, “The Son of Man is going to be betrayed and handed over to men [who are His enemies]; 23and they will kill Him, and He will be raised [from death to life] on the third day.” And they were deeply grieved and distressed.
The Tribute Money
24When they arrived in Capernaum, the collectors of the half-shekel [temple tax] went up to Peter and said, “Does not your teacher pay the half-shekel?” 25Peter answered, “Yes.” And when he came home, Jesus spoke to him first, saying, “What do you think, Simon? From whom do earthly rulers collect duties or taxes, from their sons or from strangers?” 26When Peter said, “From strangers,” Jesus said to him, “Then the sons are exempt [from taxation]. 27However, so that we do not offend them, go to the sea and throw in a hook, and take the first fish that comes up; and when you open its mouth, you will find a shekel. Take it and give it to them [to pay the temple tax] for you and Me.”

TO SAVE YOUR LIFE YOU MUST FIRST LOSE IT! - LIFE IN CHRIST
Jesus teaches His disciples what is really means to follow Him. it's not how most Christians live their lives. There must be a reformation back to first century beliefs in the Father. I hope this will bless you.
Matthew 19
24 Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.
25 For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it.
26 For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?
27 For the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels; and then he shall reward every man according to his works.
28 Verily I say unto you, There be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the Son of man coming in his kingdom.

WHO IS JESUS REALLY? - YOU MAY BE SURPRISED
This is the age-old question. Many people think that he is just a god person or just a prophet. Let's see who Jesus really is.
Mathew 16
13 When Jesus came into the coasts of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, saying, Whom do men say that I the Son of man am?
14 And they said, Some say that thou art John the Baptist: some, Elias; and others, Jeremias, or one of the prophets.
15 He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am?
16 And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.
17 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.
18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
20 Then charged he his disciples that they should tell no man that he was Jesus the Christ.

Revelation From Celebrating The Feast of Tabernacles. - Sukkot

The Feast of Tabernacles
Exodus 16:35
The Israelites ate manna forty years, until they came to a land that was settled; they ate manna until they reached the border of Canaan.
PSALM 37:25
I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging for bread.
Deuteronomy 29:5
Yet the LORD says, "During the forty years that I led you through the wilderness, your clothes did not wear out, nor did the sandals on your feet.

Jesus Feeds the Four Thousand
Matthew 15: 29 - 39
29 Jesus left there and went along the Sea of Galilee. Then he went up on a mountainside and sat down. 30 Great crowds came to him, bringing the lame, the blind, the crippled, the mute and many others, and laid them at his feet; and he healed them. 31 The people were amazed when they saw the mute speaking, the crippled made well, the lame walking and the blind seeing. And they praised the God of Israel.
32 Jesus called his disciples to him and said, “I have compassion for these people; they have already been with me three days and have nothing to eat. I do not want to send them away hungry, or they may collapse on the way.”
33 His disciples answered, “Where could we get enough bread in this remote place to feed such a crowd?”
34 “How many loaves do you have?” Jesus asked.
“Seven,” they replied, “and a few small fish.”
35 He told the crowd to sit down on the ground. 36 Then he took the seven loaves and the fish, and when he had given thanks, he broke them and gave them to the disciples, and they in turn to the people. 37 They all ate and were satisfied. Afterward the disciples picked up seven basketfuls of broken pieces that were left over. 38 The number of those who ate was four thousand men, besides women and children. 39 After Jesus had sent the crowd away, he got into the boat and went to the vicinity of Magadan.

Man's Traditions VS God's Commandments - Denominationalism
Over time people develop traditions and religious practices that are unique to their denomination or couture, but what happens when these traditions are not only unbiblical but also replace God's word and are treated like doctrine? In this lesson, we will try to discuss this problem.
Matthew: 15
Then the scribes and Pharisees who were from Jerusalem came to Jesus, saying, 2 “Why do Your disciples transgress the tradition of the elders? For they do not wash their hands when they eat bread.”
3 He answered and said to them, “Why do you also transgress the commandment of God because of your tradition?

Persecution For Righteousness Is A Blessing?
Many people believe that when things are going seemingly wrong, that must be because we have done something wrong. In some cases, this is right; however, as we look at Matthew 5 and read Jesus statement that the blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness sake, for to them the kingdom of heaven is accessible this should cause us to process hardships differently, especially when it comes to being persecuted for Christ.
