Qigong to Nourish the Heart ❤️
A short follow-along video led by Damo Mitchell. This is a simple Heart-nourishing Qigong form used by alchemists to consolidate the acquired Qi. There are sequences for each of the key 'Zang' organs of the body - the Kidneys, Liver, Heart, Spleen and Lungs.
It is a wise video to follow along with the Kidney Qigong which can be found here:

Vajryana Conference Talk - Damo Mitchell
This is a talk entitled - ‘The Tummo of Daoism, Inner Alchemy or Nei Dan’ which was first delivered at the fourth international Vajrayana conference of Bhutan.
The talk delivered was actually much shorter than this one. Unfortunately, the recording we made did not have the best sound quality and so Damo re-recorded the talk with original slides and points of discussion.
Without the time constraints, Damo could go into greater detail and so this version is actually much more complete than the talk delivered at the conference itself.
The original talk was delivered to an audience of over 200 people including westerners, Bhutanese, monks and Lama's from various Buddhist denominations.
The point of this talk is not to recommend the mixing of Tummo and Nei Dan, it is simply to point to some shared qualities with regards to their function.
