👀 Erik made a BIRD FEEDER from wood SCRAPS! #shorts #diyprojects
Erik needed a new bird feeder, but had never made one before. To keep it simple (and cheap!), he used scraps of wood he had in the garage and came up with this. Looks good!

Crunch Labs #8: a "robot" aka the boomerang car // watch what ensues!
This month's Crunch Labs box is a boomerang car! The kids are having a blast figuring out what to get / send to each other with this robot. For this month's video, I focused on all the fun they had figuring out how far the car would go, how it would take stuff back and forth, etc. Fun times!
I definitely recommend a Crunch Labs subscription, because the kids are getting something to build/play with/learn from AND a science lesson. It's awesome.
You can watch all our Crunch Labs videos here: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL67-8AzHhTd3TEmP2FEVwlKzI8UD2P5cg.

Unboxing Crunch Labs Box #9: The Duck Game #MarkRober
Crunch Labs is a monthly subscription box from Mark Rober that teaches kids scientific principles. It’s a great glimpse into the scientific method and how stuff is made.
This month, they got to use belts in their project. Glad it corresponded with studying Henry Ford, the maker of the conveyor belt!
Here’s a glimpse at the building and end result. The kids had a little trouble putting the ducks together, but ultimately got it done!
We will have to get more of the party horns because they blew them so much!
