These week we have special guest hosts Dr. Madej & Dr. Northrup filling in for Dr. T & Dr. P!!!! Recommendations / Protocol from Dr. M 1) Toxin overload- suspect heavy metals/ arsenic as well as the need to detox from most common chemicals as well - glyphosate/pesticides. Pesticides are an issue with all people now and are linked with malabsorption, GI diseases , weakened immune system. Radiation is important to detox from as well. Not necessary to do all of the suggestions at once, try any of these one at a time and slowly titrate up to the recommended dose/frequency. - L-glycine powder (4000mg ) twice daily in water- removes toxins particularly glyphosate. Do this for 1 month then decrease to 2000mg daily in water. You can get on amazon if you don't find elsewhere. - Drink 1/2 to 1 teaspoon baking soda in water daily. This decreases yeast/fungus in body, improves alkalinity, improves digestion & assimilation of nutrients, helpful in detoxing, anti inflammatory. - Start detox baths- 1-2 cups of baking soda with1- 2 cups of Epson salts and 1 cup bentonite clay in hot bath for 20 minutes three times a week. This will detox yeast, radiation, and other toxins. You may try adding 1 cup Borax soap- has some anecdotal evidence to help with nano. If you are feeling dizzy or weak decrease the amount of time you were in the tub. Another detox bath is 1/2 gallon of apple cider vinegar in hot water- this helps decrease yeast, improves alkalinity. Another detox bath is 1 cup brand only Clorox bleach in hot water- this is great for skin issues, detoxes heavy metals and certain skin parasites. Try each one since they detox different things. - Get a Berkey water filter or a table top water distiller. Never drink water from the tap for the refrigerator due to the excessive amounts of toxins in the water. For now, get only distilled water to drink /cook with. - I will recommend that you start DMSA Synergy to detox from heavy metals/arsenic. Take 1 capsule daily for three days then off for 11 days. Repeat every 2 weeks for up to 1 year. This slowly removes heavy metals/arsenic so you won’t have detox reactions. If you tolerate this detox then you can increase the dose to 100mg twice daily for 3 days, off 11 days etc. - vitamin c supplement online- good brand is “Bulk supplements” powder - well absorbed and tolerated 1/2tsp (2000mg) daily Another way to detox - Coffee enemas are very helpful in detoxing the body and actually increase your production of glutathione https://www.optimalhealthnetwork.com/Coffee-Enema-Instructions-Detox Recipes-s/1277.htm I highly recommend unplugging anything from the head of your bed at bedtime never keep your phone near you when you sleep. Put phone on airplane mode as much as possible. Use speakerphone or wired earbuds. Look up other ways to decrease EMF online. Consider unplugging your wifi at night . Get a good EMF meter - Latnex , Safe Living Technologies are a couple good ones . Iodoral brand iodine is good for thyroid, detox, radiation, hormone balance, immune system. take 12.5mg daily for 1 week, then increase to 25mg daily. If you start to feel sick with a respiratory illness please start vitamin C powder” bulk supplements” is a very good brand on Amazon and inexpensive. 4000 mg or 1 teaspoon twice a day until symptoms are better. Vitamin D3 10,000 units daily until better. Zinc 50 mg daily until better. Quercetin 500 mg twice a day until better. If not improving quickly then consider doxycycline antibiotic, 100 mg twice a day for 10 to 14 days. This treats an atypical bacteria that is very common right now. If any trouble breathing then consider taking prednisone tablets or breathing treatments. If symptoms were quite severe, you can consider ivermectin over the counter. Take the dose in your weight daily for up to five days. If not improving quickly I recommend getting a nebulizer for home use. You can use 3% food grade peroxide .5 ml mixed with 1.5 ml distilled water and use as breathing treatment several times daily. Food grade hydrogen Peroxide IVs using 5 to 6 mL of 3% food grade hydrogen Peroxide iv mixed in 500 mL of normal saline - given over 1 hour - helpful in reducing viral bacterial and fungal and parasitic infections in the body
