Beet Salad
A delicious beet salad!
Great with meat and poultry dishes with a side of mashed potatoes!
Ingredients
1 can of beets , drained
1 can of peas and carrots, drained
4 medium pickles
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 small green onion, finely chopped
0.5 small onion
Instructions
Mix together beets and the rest of ingredients with the 2 Tbsp. of Olive oil. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Crab Cakes
INGREDIENTS
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 large egg, beaten
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Old Bay seasoning
1 lb. jumbo lump crabmeat
Avocado oil, for frying
DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, stir crabmeat, mayo, egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and season with salt, pepper and old bay seasoning .
Form into 9 patties.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, coat pan with oil and heat until shimmering. Add crab cakes and cook until golden and crispy, 3 to 5 minutes per side.

Guacamole Salad
Cut avocados in half, lengthwise and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh and add to a bowl. Add lime juice then use a fork to mash until creamy, but still chunky. Stir in the tomato, cilantro, green onions, salt.
