Padilla Series 68 Golden Bear Review with Tommy Z
www.cigarpage.com/tommy-z-s-stick-picks.html
Padilla Serie 1968 was the cigar that put Ernesto Padilla on the map, with the Padilla Serie 1968 Original receiving a 93 rating from Cigar Aficionado. 1968 is significant to Padilla, the year Ernesto's father Heberto Padilla - renowned Cuban poet, cigar lover, and friend of Ernest Hemingway - was arrested and imprisoned for criticizing the Castro regime. The cigars are one of his finest, hailing from the Raices Cubanas factory in Honduras. Padilla Serie 1968 is also available in Padilla Series 68 Original and Padilla Series 68 Black Bear
Series '68 Golden Bear: lovely shade grown wrappers on the outside. Inside, a smooth concoction of aged Honduran long-fillers. Together these components create a easy smoking, subtle but stunning smoking experience. Sweet grass, graham cracker, and roasted nuts over a bready backbone. Medium.

Buena Vista Edicion Limitada & Gurkha Bourbon | Cigar Pairing
Raymond Pages is quietly pumping out remarkably good blends - the best young cigar maker we've seen in years. Raymond took over the Buena Vista brand last year and what he's created is a sight to behold. The gorgeous Habano wrappers are a lovely shade of medium to dark brown with ample oils and tooth. Nice draw with slight resistance, this slow-burning smoke has a perfect burn line, wonderful aroma and a thick, chonky white ash that holds like a champ. Buena Vista brings a nice cedary component, subtle pepper and that typical Raymond spice that I can't get enough of. But it also has an underlying sweetness that takes it up a notch in the complexity department. Strength is medium if not medium-full. Spend some time with this one, all its flavors are bright and pronounced which make for an interesting and highly enjoyable smoke.

Cult Maduro Review with Tommy Z
Shop Here: https://www.cigarpage.com/tommy-z-s-stick-picks.html
Cult Maduro cigar is a beautifully crafted Maduro that's smooth and creamy from head to foot. This cigar is made in Nicaragua with Nicaraguan tobacco for tobacco for the fillers and binder. The Cult Maduo comes dressed in a dark, oily maduro wrapper. This cigar has notes of cedar, baked bread, and just enough pleasant spice to keep you on your toes. The Cult Maduro is medium to full body strength.

Crowned Heads J.D. Howard Reserve Review with Tommy Z
Shop Here: https://www.cigarpage.com/tommy-z-s-stick-picks.html
Heavy is the coconut with the crown on top, a statement we're well aware of at da Page. The sword of Damocles looms large but we're reigning hard, bringing the bread and circuses in spades. Exhibit A: Crowned Heads JD Howard is yours for a song. This is a finger-lickin blend that is made at Pichardo factory in Nicaragua. Featuring a lush Brazilian Arapiraca wrapper around a Sumatra binder and Nicaraguan long-fillers, this medium-full-bodied boomstick delivers. Spice, cedar, coffee over a slightly sweet, always smooth finish.

Megilla Review with Raymond Pages
Shop Here: https://www.cigarpage.com/megilla.html
Megilla is a full-flavored, full-bodied, boutique Nicaraguan cigar gem. If you're a fan of uber-boutique, lower-production craft cigars, this blend is your new favorite. Megilla brings an absolutely gorgeous, oily Habano wrapper that's practically oozing with oils. Dark brown with a dark reddish hue, it's utterly redolent. This wrapper is paired with a Nicaraguan binder and choice blend of Nicaraguan Ligero tobacco for the long-fillers. Megilla is loaded with spice plus notes of toast, sweetness, and a BBQ-like aroma. Mouthfeel is textured and gritty (in a good way), and the flavors and complexity builds as it burns. Savory and leathery, it's a perfect balanced cigar full of spice and sweetness.

Hoofty Review with Raymond Pages
Shop Here: https://www.cigarpage.com/hoofty.html
This is a gorgeous premium blend that will wow boutique fans. A quintessential Nicaraguan small-batch cigar, it oozes character from the opening bell right through round 12. The wrapper is a lovely, dark, mahogany brown Habano leaf with ample tooth, nice oily sheen, and very slight veins. Heavy in the hand, this dense, meaty boomstick is well constructed. The pre-light cold draw brings a pleasant floral component. Light it up and you have solid combustion with a steady burn and perfect draw bringing ample smoke with slight resistance. Spice and cream dominate from the start, with additional pepper and a little nicotine kick. Balanced but very complex. Reminds me of a My Father made blend, Tatuaje in particular, not a surprise given the all-Nicaraguan long-filler recipe. Flavor comes in spades with the aforementioned spice and cream with hints of dark chocolate and burnt toast. Straight up medium in body – a touch on the fuller side of medium – it remains very well balanced down to the nub, developing beautifully as it burns. Total W. Named for a local PA legend, a ramblin’ man, poet, musician, bon vivant and raconteur who has slipped the surly bonds of earth, this character-filled joy ride of a smoke captures his essence perfectly.

Drew Estate Herrera Esteli Brazilian Maduro | Unboxing
https://www.cigarpage.com/herrera-esteli-brazilian-maduro.html
92-rated. This cigar is crafted with a twist. Hailing from Nicaragua with Nicaraguan long fillers and a Connecticut Broadleaf binder. The wrapper is a dark, plantation grown Brazilian Mata Fina wrapper. This is an oddity because typically, it's used as a binder or filler. You'll be met with notes of coffee, earth, flowers, and slight spice. Medium to Full bodied.

Padilla La Terraza Maduro | Unboxing
Padilla La Terraza is another beautifully designed offerings from Ernesto Padilla. Given the personal relationship between his father Heberto Padilla - the renowned Cuban poet - and Ernest Hemingway, Padilla named this series "La Terraza" after one of Hemingway's favorite watering holes in the fishing village of Cojimar, Cuba. La Terraza was also the source of inspiration for his great American novel The Old Man and the Sea. Blend-wise, these are solid, all-day premium handmades from Nicaragua, available in Connecticut or Maduro.
La Terraza Maduro: nice looking Nicaraguan premiums crafted with all Nica long leaf fillers and a plush, dark Maduro wrapper. Medium to full in body, these meaty gems bring some spicy-sweetness and espresso notes. La Terraza is also available in Padilla La Terraza Connecticut
