Below is an example of both a verse and whole chapter missing from today's Qu'ran according to the Islamic historical sources (authentic Ahadith): Sahih Bukhari Volume 8 Book 82 Number 816: Narrated by Ibn Abbas 'Umar said, "I am afraid that after a long time has passed, people may say, "We do not find the Verses of the Rajam (stoning to death) in the Holy Book," and consequently they may go astray by leaving an obligation that Allah has revealed. Lo! I confirm that the penalty of Rajam be inflicted on him who commits illegal sexual intercourse, if he is already married and the crime is proved by witnesses or pregnancy or confession." Sufyan added, "I have memorized this narration in this way." 'Umar added, "Surely Allah's Apostle carried out the penalty of Rajam, and so did we after him." The stoning verse is missing from today's Qu'ran Sahih Muslim No. 2286:‬ ‪"Abu Musa al Ashari said to 300 reciters of the Quran in Basra: 'We used to recite a Sura resembling in length and severity (Sura) Bara-at (Sura 9). I have, however, forgotten it with the exception of this, which I remember out of it: 'If there were two valleys of riches, for the son of Adam, he would long for a third valley and nothing would fill the stomach of the son of Adam but dust.' And we used to recite a Sura which resembled one of the Suras of Musabbihat, and I have forgotten it, but remember out of it: 'O people who believe, why do you say that which you do not practise' and 'that is recorded in your necks as a witness (against you) and you would be asked about it on the Day of Resurrection.' "‬ There is no other chapter the length of chapter 9 in today's Qu'ran either

Continuing with Quran 3:34 Al Fadi, David Wood, and Sam Shamoun move on to other passages, including Quran 10:37; 46:30 asking the question, "When could the corruption of the Jewish and Christian scriptures have taken place?" The Quran clearly teaches that these scriptures were from Allah, but because they contradict many of the teachings of the Quran, they must claim that the Jewish and Christian writings have been corrupted since the time they were given. Muslims repeatedly claim that the Bible is corrupt and therefore cannot be trusted as a authority to evaluate the teachings of the Quran.
