At 57 and post menopause the effects of hormonal changes have been palpable; fatigue, dry skin, anxiety, mental fog, bad mood... and as someone who thinks the medical profession is simply a prop for the big pharma cash cow I find the idea of doctor visits & spending $$$ rather distasteful. So, I did my own research on which supplements or foods might help my conditions and I feel like I hit the jackpot. The supplements i cover in this video have had MAJOR beneficial effects on my physical and mental state. I am not a doctor, I cannot recommend these products for everyone, this is simply my own experience and I urge you to do your own research to find what works best for you.
