Braidwood Management vs. EEOC. The court agreed with us that we are not required to abide by Title 7 due to our religious beliefs. Braidwood Management sued to stop the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) from requiring Christian employers, including churches, to “allow employees into restrooms that correspond to the employees’ gender identity, no matter the individual’s biological sex, whether the individual has had a sex-change operation, or whether other employees have raised objections or privacy concerns.” Braidwood Management won in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. On appeal, the Fifth Circuit also ruled for Braidwood Management, holding that it has pre-enforcement standing to sue and that Religious Freedom Restoration Act prevents the EEOC from enforcing its so-called guidance documents against Christian employers. A message from Steven F. Hotze, M.D. to call for support in banning drag queens from public schools and libraries. The Texas Legislature ends May 29th, 2023.

Today, the Texas House will be taking up Senate Bill 14. It's up for a vote. This bill will prohibit sex change drugs, and sex mutilation surgery in children and would revoke the license of any physician that participates in this. I will keep you posted on what goes on today.

I'm here to encourage you to adopt a rider amendment to the Texas State Finance Committee Report that would protect children from the transgender medical industry. The provision would withhold all state funding from any agency, public school, university, medical institution, corporation, or individual that is involved in promoting the perverted transgender movement and in prescribing sex change drugs and sex mutilation surgery for children.

Dr. Hotze presents a provision for the Texas Senate Finance Committee Report on Health and Human Services Agency. The provision would ban funding of transgender procedures on children. Attorney General Paxton has ruled that this is child abuse. The finance committee has the responsibility to STOP IT!
