All videos and case documents were obtained pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq. (P.L. 2001, c. 404). Defendants are considered innocent until proven guilty.
The New Jersey Supreme Court has previously affirmed in Salzano v. North Jersey Media Group, 993 A.2d 778 (2010) that “The fair-report privilege reflects the judgment that the need, in a self-governing society, for free-flowing information about matters of public interest outweighs concerns over the uncompensated injury to a person's reputation.” This video advances a compelling public interest. The summary of events was based on records that are “open to public view through open access to public records” as defined in the Salzano case. In Ramos v. Flowers, 429 N.J. Future Homicide Suspect (Emma Bailey) Arrested for DUI
On March 21, 2023, 22-year-old Emma Bailey, a resident of Moscow, Idaho, was arrested for her alleged involvement in the overdose death of a University of Idaho student in Centralia. She has been charged with drug induced homicide. She had recently been arrested for a DUI in Pullman, Washington as well. Here is my summary from that incident as well:
On February 12, 2023 at approximately 1:56 AM, Deputy Randy Miller of the Whitman County Sheriff’s Office noticed a 2009 Corolla drive through a red light on NW Whitman Street at the intersection with N Grand Avenue. He proceeded to stop the vehicle. The driver, 22-year-old Emma Bailey, seemed incoherent when she was asked if she knew why she was being stopped. Emma initially denied consuming any alcohol, but later admitted to consuming some earlier. She told Deputy Miller that they were coming from The Emporium, a popular bar in the area. Emma also happened to be wearing a wristband for Timber, another local bar.

Hot girl from Athens, GA arrested for DUI.
Around 12:00 AM on January 21, 2022, Officer Kyren Sharpe with the Athens-Clarke County Police Department observed a white 2020 Mustang drive through a red light on West Broad Street and Camila Road. He activated his emergency lights to iniatiate a traffic stop, and he observed the Mustang swerving as it was headed east on West Broad Street. The vehicle eventually came to an abrupt stop in the middle of the roadway, but Officer Sharpe instructed the driver to pull over onto Paris Street. After the vehicle pulled over, he made contact with the driver, who was identified as 27-year-old Jessica.
Officer Sharpe detected the odor of alcohol and noticed signs of impairment, and he asked her where she was coming from. Jessica told the officer that she was heading home after working at a local restaurant, and admitted to consuming a shot of tequila after work. Based on his suspicion of impairment, Officer Sharpe asked Jessica to submit to field sobriety exercises.
The first field sobriety exercise was the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus (HGN) test, and Officer Sharpe observed the lack of smooth pursuit and distinct and sustained nystagmus at maximum deviation. The second exercise was the Walk and Turn test, and Jessica took an incorrect number of steps while using her arms for balance. The final exercise was the One Leg Stand test. During the One Leg Stand test, Jessica failed to raise her foot in the proper fashion while putting her foot down before the test was finished.
Based on her erratic driving, the odor of alcohol, the open container of beer, and her admission to consuming alcohol, Officer Sharpe placed Georgia under arrest for driving under the influence. Around this time, another officer located an empty 12 oz. beer bottle inside the vehicle. After Jessica was placed under arrest, she refused to consent to submit blood samples for testing. Officer Sharpe then transported Georgia to the Clarke-County Jail and she was issued the following summonses: DUI – Alcohol – Less Safe (40-6-391(a)(1)), Failure to Maintain Lane/Improper Driving on Road (40-6-48), and Obedience to Traffic Control Devices (40-6-20)

Smoking hot 18 yr old arrested for DUI
On August 19, 2023, Whitman County Sheriff Deputy Petersen was assisting the Pullman Police Department with a traffic stop when he noticed a vehicle traveling with no headlights on. He left the Pullman PD traffic stop and attempted to catch up to the other vehicle. He initiated a traffic stop, where the 18 year-old driver claimed she did not have her driver's license. Deputy Petersen alleges that he smelled alcohol in the vehicle, so he asked the driver to step out and perform standardized field sobriety tests. She seemed to perform them quite well (comment down below what you think). When she was asked to submit to a voluntarily preliminary breath test (PBT), she refused. Deputy Petersen claimed that based on his training and experience, he felt the driver was operating the vehicle under the influence and she was arrested. She was transported to the Pullman Police Department, where the results of her evidentiary breath test was 0.023% BAC, just over the legal limit for someone under 21 years of age. She was eventually issued a traffic summons and was released to a sober adult. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
