Ghost 'Caught Closing Door' In Eerie Footage From Abandoned FortKennedy News and Media
The ‘spirit of a caretaker’ has been caught on camera closing a heavy door at an abandoned fort, a ghost hunter is claiming.
Tony Ferguson and his colleague Paul Cissell visited the abandoned fort in Gosport, Hampshire, last Sunday, July 5, along with their faithful spirit-hunting dog Sam.
The pair were investigating the fort after hearing claims from others that the cell doors inside often close, seemingly by themselves, and they weren’t disappointed when they arrived.
You can watch the eerie footage below:
The footage, which was captured mid-afternoon, shows the metal door closing in an empty corridor before shutting with a loud ‘clunk’. Tony and Paul can then be seen on camera trying to debunk what had happened.
The two men had left the camera running on the corridor before going off to explore another area. They were in another part of the fort when Sam – who tags along with the pair when they investigate haunted locations – ‘picked up that the door was banging’ and led them to the scene.
Once there, they watched the hour-long footage when ‘all of a sudden [the door] moved and clicked in’. 35-year-old Tony described it as a ‘real shock’, especially as prior to the movement there was ‘nothing going on’, no wind, no sounds, nothing.

Dog Fails At Snoot Challenge
this is my favourite one i’ve seen! what an absolute little diamond 😍 oh i love him 💖 Such a sweet face
I love how goldens overthink *everything*, like "Oh, my snout doesn't fit in there? She's expecting me to do something though. Ooh, yes it must be up here" *puts snoot on top*. The Golden Retriever is one of the most popular dog breeds in the U.S. The breed’s friendly, tolerant attitude makes him a fabulous family pet, and his intelligence makes him a highly capable working dog. Golden Retrievers excel at retrieving game for hunters, tracking, sniffing out drugs, and as therapy and assistance dogs. They’re also natural athletes, and do well in dog sports such as agility and competitive obedience.
It's no surprise that the Golden Retriever is one of the top ten most popular dogs in the U.S. It's all good with the Golden: he's highly intelligent, sociable, beautiful, and loyal. He's also lively. The Golden is slow to mature and retains the silly, playful personality of a puppy until three to four years of age, which can be both delightful and annoying. Many keep their puppyish traits into old age. Originally bred for the physically demanding job of retrieving ducks and other fowl for hunters, the Golden needs daily exercise: a walk or jog, free time in the yard, a run at the beach or lake (Goldens love water), or a game of fetch. And like other intelligent breeds who were bred to work, they need to have a job to do, such as retrieving the paper, waking up family members, or competing in dog sports. A tired Golden is a well-behaved Golden. As well as giving your Golden Retriever physical and mental exercise, you should also be prepared to include him in your family activities. The Golden Retriever is a family dog, and he needs to be with his "pack." Don't consider getting a Golden unless you're willing to have him in the house with you, underfoot, every day. There's one other potential drawback to the breed: He's definitely not a watchdog. He might bark when strangers come around, but don't count on it. Most likely, he'll wag his tail and flash that characteristic Golden smile.

When tacos are life...
And even though the taco is roughly half the size of our new animal obsession, Taco Squirrel looks unafraid and ready to tackle the angry bowels he will undoubtedly experience if the taco is from Taco Bell.
Nuts may be one of squirrels most naturally desired foods. ... Squirrels enthusiastically collect and eat pecans, walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios, acorns, cashews, chestnuts, hickory nuts, pine nuts out of pine cones, and macadamia nuts. Nuts are an optimal source of fat and protein for all types of squirrels. Other favorites aren't exactly natural, but the squirrels love them anyway. These additional foods include peanuts, peanut butter, peanuts, pecans, pistachios, grapes, corn, squash, zucchini, pumpkin, strawberries, carrots, apples, sunflower seeds and even snack items, such as Oreo cookies. Gray squirrels do not recover all of the nuts that they bury, and these nuts go on to become trees. Red squirrels horde their nuts above ground, and those nuts never germinate. ... To be more specific, this article points out that gray squirrels only find 26% of their buried nuts. Squirrels are omnivores, which means they like to eat plants and meat. Squirrels mainly eat fungi, seeds, nuts and fruits, but they will also munch on eggs, small insects, caterpillars, small animals and even young snakes

Dining At The Coppa Club In London Is A One Of A Kind Experience!
We did this in March, food very cheap, certainly was chilly but loved the experience they didn’t seem well heated but would go back again
We’ve all seen those famous perfect images of the igloos serving as hotel rooms in Iceland, now Londoners and visitors-alike can experience something similar. First tested on the market in 2016, Coppa Club has brought back its igloos that look out onto the Thames, The Shard, City Hall, and Tower Bridge.
Best experienced at night when the magic of the city lights can do their work while diners are wrapped up warm under the furry blankets.

Jealous Dog Wants Puppy Back
I'm not the jealous type
Also me:....
Warnings
Be careful with rewards. If your dog appears jealous at any time, do not reward him. You're rewarding his jealous behavior. If he barks while you hug your partner, wait until he's calm, and then reward him.
Don't yell at or physically discipline your dog if he becomes jealous.
But since the evolutionary biologist made the observation in 1871, scientists have debated whether animals can actually feel jealousy, with many arguing it is an emotion that only humans exhibit. Now experts believe they have proven that dogs do get jealous when their owners give too much attention to a rival. Dogs can act jealous or protective over items or people. It can become a big problem when the object of the jealousy is a spouse. This type of jealousy is damaging to the bonds between both people and dogs. ... Some have said that jealousy is too intricate for dogs to feel, but most dog lovers would disagree.

Scleropages Legendrei Fish!! Super Red
The Scleropages Legendrei tries to look at my camera, he went around then turn back to my camera again. He has been living with my family since he was young (a very small one) til now it has been 4 years. We can clearly see the significant my Scleropages Legendrei's change throughout the years.
Scleropages is a genus of fish in the family Osteoglossidae found in Asia and Australia.[1] All of these species are carnivorous and have great jumping ability. These species are highly valued as aquarium fish, particularly by those from Asian cultures. In 2003, a study redescribed several naturally occurring color varieties of S. formosus into four separate species.[2] The majority of researchers dispute these redescriptions, arguing that the published data are insufficient to justify recognizing more than one Southeast Asian species of Scleropages and that divergent haplotypes used to distinguish the color strains into isolated species were found within a single color strain, contradicting the findings

Think my nephew got a bit too excited in the mirror maze...
This happens to my 5yrs old son even if he's not in a mirror maze. Gatlinburg is home to an excellent Ripley’s Believe It or Not! location that draws thousands of visitors a year, and definitely deserves to. Some of the incredible things you’ll see here include a genuine vampire-killing kit, shrunken heads, and a thrilling “5D” theater. They’ve just introduced a new exhibit based on the Guinness World Records legend. It’s a great time to visit Ripley’s.
One of the newer attractions is their Marvelous Mirror Maze. Remember those mirror mazes from the carnival? Slots set in the floor and ceiling would allow for constant rearrangement of mirrors, and kids would laugh and delight in the confusion of finding their way through. The modern mirror maze is a bit fancier than that. Ripley’s offering, for example, features snazzy LED lighting, a cool color scheme, and an infinity room.
The fun pretty much stops there, however. The maze is far too short and simple to justify the high price. Ripley’s website assuages any fears of getting lost with the claim that they send out “search parties” every 30 minutes. These would hardly seem necessary, as even small children are able to find their way out easily.
This is partially due to the lackluster upkeep of this attraction. Dirty mirrors marked with handprints make for an easy reference as to where you’ve been before. Of course, a mirror maze would have handprints everywhere — since folks tend to protect themselves from broken noses by extending their arms. There needs to be a constant effort to keep the mirrors clean, however, and it doesn’t seem to happen throughout the day here. Other upkeep issues, such as cracked glass, duct-taped glass, and caution tape, have also surfaced.
Don’t get us wrong — Ripley’s has some of the best local attractions including the aquarium and the museum and their mirror maze is far better than the carnival versions many of us are used to seeing. However, there are better mirror mazes in the area, such as the one found at MagiQuest.

TERRIBLE Traffic Congestion At 7:30pm In Vietnam!!
It was so hard to move out of the crowd. A lot of vehicles on the road.
Vietnam is the second largest motorcycle ownership in the world after Taiwan. According to statistics in early 2016, the number of registered motorcycles in Vietnam is over 37 million. During the peak hours of the weekends, holidays, the number of motorbikes is too many . Traffic jams on the day are also common in the city, during working hours. The street dust and loud whistles will make you tired about road traffic in Vietnam. Investment in road traffic in Vietnam is a lot but the quality is very poor, Some routes just need light rain that will be damaged or flooded.
The traffic police in Vietnam are very large and powerful: traffic police, traffic inspectors, police officers,… but accidents Vietnam still ranked in the top 10 countries of traffic accidents in the world.

I need this level of relaxation in my life
This Otter massage his face is so adorable while the other one is enjoying fresh water in rotating himself
Only one otter species seems to be thriving, and that's the North American River Otter. The other 12 otter species were recently identified by the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) as having decreasing populations, and five otter species are already on the endangered list. Among the endangered are the sea otters along the Californian to Alaskan coasts, which are threatened by "environmental pollutants and disease agents." Others, like the marine otters of South America, have had their numbers reduced because of poaching, as well as environmental concerns. This ancient religion considered otters to be the dogs of the river or sea and had strict rules forbidding the killing of otters. It was thought that otters helped keep water purified by eating already dead creatures that might contaminate the water source if they were allowed to rot. Zoroastrians would also hold ceremonies for otters found dead in the wild.
Otters use their dung—known as spraint—to communicate with other otters. The mammals like to keep things organized within their communities and will designate certain areas to be used as latrines. Spraint scents can vary, but often are (relatively) pleasant—one expert described them as not "dissimilar to jasmine tea." Spraint composition is unique to each otter, and the creatures can identify each other by the smells. Scientists suspect otters may even be able to determine the sex, age, and reproductive status of the spraint dropper just from a quick whiff. And since otters have superb metabolisms and can easily eat up to 15 percent of their body weight each day, there's a lot of spraint to go around. In 2001, a female otter at the Monterey Bay Aquarium gave birth to a stillborn pup on the same day a stranded pup was discovered in the wild nearby. The aquarium staff had previously tried raising pups themselves but found that hand-raised otters became too attached to humans to be released back into the wild. So instead, they dropped the pup in with the female otter, and she immediately went into mom mode. The aquarium has since devised a system of hand-rearing pups for the first six to eight weeks—mostly for bottle feeding purposes—before handing the pups off to female otters for raising. At six months, the pups are released back into the wild with generally strong results. Otters can have up to one million hairs per square inch. There are two layers of fur—an undercoat and then longer hairs that we can see. The layers manage to trap air next to the otter's skin, which keeps the otters dry and warm and also helps with buoyancy. Otter pups have so much air trapped in there, they actually can’t dive under water, even if they want to.

Ever Seen A Snake Drinking Water?
Snakes don't lap water like a dog. It's thought that some use capillary action to draw water in via. Some snakes, like the cottonmouth water moccasin of North America live in water part of the time. Though they are found all over the world, snakes do not, however, like the cold. This is because they are cold blooded or ectothermic.
According to Cundall, snakes have a different system to drink water, which involves the skin folds which function like tiny tubes in a sponge, drawing water into the snake's mouth through capillary action. The snakes muscle's action then squeezes the water down its gut. Snakes seldom actually drink, so it is believed.
Snakes can lower their metabolic rates by up to 70 percent, allowing them to survive prolonged periods without food while growing longer nonetheless, a new study shows.
It also actually helps when it’s time to shed. It helps keep the humidity that is important in the terrain. So yes, all of our pet snakes need water, and the simplest and easiest way to apply water to your snakes is to have the basin. And for the quality of the water I think major consensus is, if the water is safe enough for you to drink, it’s good enough for your snake. So do we need bottled water distilled water, which are common questions? I think that answer is no. You need to be careful in urban areas where their are a lot of chemicals in the water, but even still, if it’s safe enough for you to drink it, it is safe enough for this little guy to drink.

This tiny kitten drinking milk will melt your heart 😩😍
Cuteness overload!! The milk in this video was cat mile replacement powder, NOT cow milk. Do not give your kitten cow's milk - it can make them sick and give them diarrhea. You can obtain mother's milk replacer for young kittens at many of the pet stores in the area. We recomment KMR. When the kittens are 8 weeks or older, they no longer need the milk but may enjoy it anyway. Mothers usually begin to wean their kittens at about 4 weeks of age. By 8 weeks of age, the kittens are eating solid food. Older kittens who are still with their mothers may occasionally nurse, but this is more for comfort and reassurance than for nutrition. In general, kittens should not be removed from their mothers until they are at least 8 weeks of age. Kittens seperated from their mothers at too young an age require special care. Exceptions to this are feral kittens who need to be removed from the mother no later than 4 weeks of age so that they can be socialized. Keep clean water, fresh water available to your kitten at all times. The bowl should be low enough for the kitten to able to drink from it easily. Some kittens enjoy playing in the water and even tipping over the bowl, so you may need a heavy bowl. Place the bowl when it won't get dirtied by litter etc. You can offer your kitten either dry food, canned food, or both. Be sure to choose food which is designed for kittens. They require a diet which is especially rich in protein, calcium, and other nutrients. Cat food that is for adults is not sufficient. Your young cat will need the enhanced kitten food until he or she is a year old. Young kittens need to eat every few hours, because their tummies are so small. I like to feed them canned food several times a day but also have a bowl of dry food available for them to munch on whenever they wish. Also, Young kittens need to stay warm, but their bodies are too small to retain body heat well. That is why they like to cuddle up together, or curl up under your chin or in your lap to sleep. Kittens younger than about 10 weeks need a warm place to be, such as under an incadescent lamp or in a warm, lined box or kitty bed. This is especially important if you have only one kitten. Kittens will instinctively use the litter box as they get older, but their mother also helps to teach them. Make sure that a litter box with sides low enough for the kittens to get in and out is easily accessible. Use regular litter, not the clumping kind! Small kittens can lick themselves, swallow the clumping litter, and suffer dangerous blockages in their digestive track! Once the kitten is 3 months old, they can safely use the clumping litter. Keep the litter box clean - this encourages the kitten to develop good litter box habits. Kittens will instinctively clean themselves, but the mother helps to develop this behavior too. You can help keep your little kitten by cleaning him or her gently with a damp washrag. Often they need to have their little rear-ends cleaned! This also helps to bond your kitten to you, since you are acting in the role of "mommy". They generally do not need real baths unless they have gotten especially dirty or if they need flea baths. Play time is very important to a kitten. They learn to socialize, develop physical skills, get exercise, and have fun! Kittens have a great time playing with each other - rough housing, stalking, pouncing, chasing, and grooming each other. Young kittens don't know they are hurting you when they grab at or bite your hand, or run up your pant leg, so be patient and forgiving. If you have just one kitten, you will the focus of all of his playmaking attention! You can "train" your kitten not to bite or scratch by giving a high-pitched yelp whenever she gets too enthusiastic. This is how kittens let each other know that the play has gotten too rough. An idea which can help save your arms from scratches is provide what I call a "wrestle buddy" for your kitten - a stuffed toy or old sock filled with soft cloth or socks - that they can be free to sink their little teeth and claws into. Use it to rough house with your kitten and she won't become accustomed to using you as her scratching toy!

Birdie Compilation
These are all adorable Parrots with many funny stories. Besides their wings and feathers, a major characteristic of a parrot is the beak. Parrots are very adept at using their beak, it’s almost like a hand for them. They use it to climb, hold things, manipulate things, and, of course, to eat! Beaks grow constantly, and if a parrot’s diet and habitat don’t help keep the beak worn down, it must be trimmed to prevent overgrowth.
Parrots have a long life span compared to many other pet species. Small birds like budgies and lovebirds aren’t considered senior until 6 years of age, cockatiels aren’t senior until around 12 years of age, and large birds like Amazons, macaws, cockatoos, and African greys aren’t considered senior until they reach around 30 years old. And parrots of all sizes can live many years as seniors. This means that adding a parrot to your family is a commitment for many years. Parrots are birds, and female birds can lay eggs whether or not a male bird is present; eggs just don’t hatch if unfertilized. Season and environment affect breeding activity. Consult your avian veterinarian for information on what to expect regarding egg laying with your parrot’s species.
A bird’s crop is a temporary storage pouch that’s located along the esophagus between the mouth and proventriculus/stomach. The crop is useful, but it’s also subject to crop disease or impaction.
Birds have feathers and feathers molt (shed). This means that new feathers are needed to take the place of lost feathers. That’s where blood feathers come in. Blood feathers are actively growing feathers. They are shorter than mature feathers and have a softer shaft that’s reddish, blue, or black near the base instead of being white. If a growing feather is bent or cut, it could bleed. Sometimes, blood feathers will break and bleed if a bird falls or thrashes about inside the cage. In this case, you’ll have to pull the feather out from its root to get it to stop bleeding. Ask your avian veterinarian how to handle the situation if your bird suffers a broken blood feather.
Wing feather trims must be done with care. Never trim blood feathers. It’s a good idea to leave feathers on either side of a blood feather intact, which will help protect it.
As mentioned before, parrots have zygodactyl feet. These allow them to grip and climb. Perches are important to parrot foot health. Providing numerous perches in and out of the cage with the proper diameter and various textures promotes good foot health. So, too, does keeping the nails trimmed. Regularly trimming nails also minimizes scratches you might suffer while holding your parrot. Your avian veterinarian or a professional bird groomer can perform nail trims or show you how to do it.
If there were a popularity contest among the companion parrots, the top contenders would likely be cockatiels, budgerigars (budgies/parakeets), African greys, conures, cockatoos, Amazons, lovebirds, parrotlets, and those from the genus Poicephalus, such as Senegal and Meyer’s parrots. Popularity could be due to size, personality, looks, vocalizations, or any number of factors. With so many pet parrot species, people can investigate and find the feathered companion who best blends with their home and lifestyle.

What a wonderful day of Doggo
She is finally here to brighten your day. When in doubt... nap! Anyone else taking a lot of snoozles these quarantine days?
It's known as the "Sammy smile," the slight, but discernible, upturned corners of the Samoyed's mouth. This is a happy, good-natured dog with a glass half-full attitude toward life and the people he lives with.
The Samoyed's fondness for humans probably stems from his close association with the Samoyede (now know as the Nenetsky) people who bred and raised him thousands of years ago on the Taimyr Peninsula of Siberia. The dogs pulled sleds, herded reindeer, hunted game, and protected the Samoyede against predators. The dogs also lived with the people, played with the children (which he still enjoys), and helped keep them warm in the cold climate.
To this day, the Samoyed's reputation as an intelligent, dignified, family dog is well deserved. He often chooses to dote on one special person in the household, but he is affectionate with everyone in the pack. Happiest when he is part of family life, this breed needs to be with people. In fact, leaving a Samoyed alone too much is the best way to make him miserable.
Along with his smile, the Sammy's defining trait is his ultra-thick white coat. In the winter months, it's so dense you can barely see his skin underneath — which means heavy shedding in the spring. And believe it or not, Samoyed "wool" is a favorite of weavers; the wool is carded, spun, and woven or knitted into warm, beautiful clothing.
As gorgeous as it is, the Sammy coat is a bear to groom. Owners must be diligent brushers to make sure it doesn't tangle and mat. And as you might guess, come shedding time, the amount of white hair around the house, yard, on the furniture, and stuck to your clothes can be overwhelming. That said, to the owner who can handle the responsibility, a well-groomed Samoyed is a sight for sore eyes.

Unboxing: Apple Macbook Pro 13" (2018)
Review of the NEW 2018 13" MacBook Pro. Lots of big and small changes featured!
The MacBook Pro 2018 with Touch Panel (13 inches, mid-2018) is a pleasant improvement, but mostly simple, improvement to a capable laptop.
If you were disappointed with the attributes of the ultra-thin redesign of the MacBook Pro in 2016, and use Thunderbolt 3 as an exceptional tool for adding peripherals, Updating Apple’s 2018 Alignment will not change your look
Outside, the 13-inch MacBook Pro (2018) looks almost identical to last year’s model, even with the same size and weight. Like the MacBook Pro 2017, the resolution of the Retina screen does not change. The 13.3-inch panel has 2560×1600 pixels. Some competitors have surpassed the fact that the 13-inch MacBook Pro has lost some of its clarity even before the release of last year’s models, but the large color palette of the Apple P3 panel is an attractive offering for photographic work and design.
I think this brand is still the best choice

British bulldog skateboards into a pond
A dog skateboarded into a pond while being taken for a walk by its owner in China last week. Eventhough his owner try to chase but can't keep him safe.
The English Bulldog is iconic for its wide-set frame, muscular physic and compact stubby legs. The body is stocky and dense and the head is large and wide. A hallmark of the breed is the folds of skin that form around the face and forehead of the animal, together with the drooping cheeks that extend from each eye.
A direct decedent of the ancient Mastiff breeds and thought to have been mixed with Old English Terrier types, the Bulldog was developed entirely in England. The breed was first noted in the 1500s in the description of a man who had ‘two Bolddogges by his side’. They were bred with the purpose of bull baiting in mind. This required the animal be both strong and tenacious with vicious fighting spirit.
The modern English Bulldog is worlds apart from the fighting dog it was originally. The English Bulldog we all know today has been selectively bred over a few hundred years to serve as a companion animal. Although to some the Bulldog can appear intimidating, the breed has developed a great reputation for gentle play with children and tolerance for other household pets.
Their loyal and steadfast determination remains from their bull baiting days, however, and good training from a young age, paired with firm and consistent discipline is a must when owning an English Bulldog. They are predominantly house bound pets and require a good walk at least once a day.
The English Bulldog has fast become a popular family pet and their gentle but protective nature means that they are very personable and loyal family members. The breed requires a great deal of human contact and will show high levels of affection to their owners. If provoked or threatened by a stranger, the English Bulldog will bravely stand its ground and protect loved ones with determination.
