It was so hard to move out of the crowd. A lot of vehicles on the road. Vietnam is the second largest motorcycle ownership in the world after Taiwan. According to statistics in early 2016, the number of registered motorcycles in Vietnam is over 37 million. During the peak hours of the weekends, holidays, the number of motorbikes is too many . Traffic jams on the day are also common in the city, during working hours. The street dust and loud whistles will make you tired about road traffic in Vietnam. Investment in road traffic in Vietnam is a lot but the quality is very poor, Some routes just need light rain that will be damaged or flooded. The traffic police in Vietnam are very large and powerful: traffic police, traffic inspectors, police officers,… but accidents Vietnam still ranked in the top 10 countries of traffic accidents in the world. A drunk man tried to control the bike in his unconscious. This bicycle was still under control until he could not to balance his bike and fall off the cliff. The funny footage make me laugh out loud but also remind people do not ride any vehicle while drinking It is illegal to ride your bike under the influence of drink or drugs, and you would be guilty of this if you were unfit to ride to such an extent as you are incapable of having proper control of the bicycle. You would be committing an offence whether you were on a footpath or on the road. Every morning thousands of bicyclists make their way across city streets, heading to and from work. And increasingly bikes are being used as a form of transportation to get to parties, to visit friends, go to clubs or hit bars. But what are the rules when it comes to drinking and biking? Is it legal to drink and bike? Can you be charged? With what? Can you get demerit points? Have your license taken away? Be fined? There are gaps in the law. The way the Highway Traffic Act was written it stipulates motor vehicles when it comes to the impaired section. It’s similar to speeding. For a person to be speeding a person has to be in a car. The same applies to charges under the impaired section, a person has to be in a car. But in both cases if an officer sees that you are drunk on a bike or speeding on a bike, he or she can use other charges and ticket you. If you are drunk on a bike we can charge you under the Liquor Licence Act with being intoxicated in a public place. If a person actually had an open beer and was actively drinking on a bike we could charge him or her with consuming alcohol not in a licensed establishment or residence. So there are charges available.
