Trump-Silent Running
In 1985 Mike Rutherford (from my favorite band Genesis) released "Silent Running" ❗️
He revealed the meaning behind the lyrics in a 2017 interview💥:
"It was really about TIME TRAVEL. The story is about the idea that this father of the family is ahead in time, so he can look back and see what’s going to happen in England, and it’s not good. He’s trying to get a message back to his family to warn them that the impending disaster is coming. Hence the line, “Can you hear me, can you hear me calling you?”
👇
Take the children and yourself
And hide out in the cellar
By now the fighting will be close at hand
Don't believe the church and state
And everything they tell you
Believe in me, I'm with the high command
Can you hear me, can you hear me running?
Can you hear me running, can you hear me calling you?
There's a gun and ammunition
Just inside the doorway
Use it only in emergency
Better you should pray to God
The Father and the Spirit
Will guide you and protect from up here
Can you hear me, can you hear me running?
Can you hear me running, can you hear me calling you?
Swear allegiance to the flag
Whatever flag they offer
Never hint at what you really feel
Teach the children quietly
For some day sons and daughters
Will rise up and fight while we stood still
Can you hear me, can you hear me running?
Can you hear me running, can you hear me calling you?

Dr.Bocko - Lama's Balkan Jam (Balkan starter)
Dr. Bocko is a maverick in the house and lounge music scene; the magic of his tunes will stay with you long after the comedown and itching for more, wishing that such unforgettable nights would never end. Responsible for bringing the most in vogue sounds in dance music from the underground out into the forefront of the popular scene and managing some of the biggest names in electronic music,
Dr. Bocko is the moniker of Boris Bilenjki, a licensed doctor who prefers to bring healing through music that is both fresh and familiar, opting for moonlit beaches instead of operating rooms to work his magic. A DJ and tastemaker, Dr. Bocko’s forward-thinking sound channels the essence of new wave music through the hypnotic rhythms of house and techno and has become ubiquitous in clubs and lounge bars across the Adriatic coast.
Dr. Bocko’s love of music dates back to his youth in Sarajevo, back when the records of Nat King Cole would spin for days on end on his father’s record player. Disco was emerging onto the scene as an infectious new sound to cut through the garden variety rock that he played at the time with his friends at the time, and its signature four-to-the-floor pulse stuck with Dr. Bocko as he grew and would follow him overseas as he left behind the medical field to enter the lucrative insurance business. Though his focus in life shifted, music was the one constant that stayed with him no matter where he was and, in spite of his formidable successes in the world of business, his calling, as he would soon find out, would be to change the world of music. Having his passion for music reignited by the otherworldly music of the French electronic duo Air,
Dr. Bocko returned to Europe where he realigned himself with the most exciting musicians of the day – the very same he would listen to on long drives down country road that were relatively unknown and, in his view, revelatory. Amongst those he befriended in the bourgeoning German and Austrian underground music scenes were Parov Stelar and his protégé, Max the Sax. Seeing boundless potential in the acid jazz purveyor, Dr. Bocko took over as Parov Stelar’s manager and through a handful of influential albums they would bring the sound of electroswing to the fore of dance music around the world. Soon thereafter, Dr. Bocko launched his music agency, A4A. Through his agency, Dr. Bocko has represented world renowned talents such as Valique, Mop Mop, Cayetano, Basement Freaks, Carmen Rizzo, The Funk Hunters, Ancient Astronauts and has worked with the likes of AronChupa and TakeSomeCrime. Having led a tour de force through the world of dance and lounge music,
Dr. Bocko returned to his childhood getaway down on the shores of Croatia to take up DJing and share the music that moves him with those who would be taken in by its allure. From lounge to nu-disco to swing and techno, Dr. Bocko’s sound has evolved so as to play adjacent to contemporary music, sooner playing what is not out there rather than what is. A night with Dr. Bocko is an invitation to join him in service of the rhythm and usher in the dawn of a new day underneath the spell of the groove.

It has been a 10 (WOW 😲 !) years since Marcus (Parov Stelar) & Mičo (Južnjačka Utjeha - Beach Bar) talked me into playing my music selections to the public.
In this 10 years I learned a couple "tricks of the trade " and earned some very loyal fans.🙏
They are my biggest reward and the strongest motivation 🥰
Here is my 1st YT DJ mix 👆 (with the short on-screen bio, written by Tublife)
Take a listen...like it, share it...or ignore it ...🤷♂️
I still love you all ❤️
God created a cabbage, a cow, a rice...it seems I just make a quite tasty cabbage rolls 🥘
