Few people know that the Declaration is on the reverse of a $2 bill. Far, far fewer people know that the 1st sentence of the Declaration is the bedrock foundation of the entirety of US law. The 1st sentence of US Law presents the laws which no human law should be suffered to contradict. Our founders understood these Laws to be Creation and The Bible. No human laws can contradict these. I hope these rings made of $2 Bills with hidden QR decoder messages will help explain the bedrock foundation of US Law and the bedrock foundation of liberty around the world.

Considering what has taken place for the last 2 and 1/2 years, and what is likely to happen in the near and distant future, I must object to the continued funding of Net Health. My reasons for opposing more funding are more than Net Health's past performance. My reasons are more fundamental. My reasons are because We the People of Tyler, this body, and the bodies you appoint and fund, are egregiously ignorant of the principles that must be protected by the oath that you, and many in this audience have sworn. Those principles are found in the first sentence of the first book of US Law found in the library of basement of the courthouse here in Tyler, Smith County, Texas. The two laws in the first sentence of US Law are those that no human laws should be suffered to contradict. What are the laws that should never be contradicted? They are Creation (the Laws of Nature) and the Bible (the Laws of Nature's God). Unfortunately, the City of Tyler, Smith County, the State of Texas, the United States, and the world have suffered, and will suffer much much more, because We the People, our clergy, and our elected bodies have failed to enforce the first sentence of US law. You, as Lesser Magistrates, in order to abide the oath you swore, must interpose when principles protected by your oath are violated!!! It can be argued that this one sentence and the principles contained within it are the sole reason that the United States was founded. If not for the faith of Our Founders, our Creator and the Bible (the first sentence of US law) how else could ragtag colonial militias defeat the most dominant military ever on earth? Is it the utter ignorance of, and disregard for, this one sentence that Tyler citizens have suffered and will continue to suffer the loss of their liberty, their health, their education, jobs, homes, businesses and even their lives??? These losses will only increase if we the people of America remain ignorant of our preeminent principles and laws that propelled our founders in creating the most free and successful society ever on earth. Some in this body have made baby steps to learn, and to even teach, these laws and their principles so that they can better govern with the fundamental responsibilities required by the oath to which they swore. It is for the above reasons that I must object to continued funding of Net Health and any other appointed body of Tyler city government that does not abide by the first sentence of US law; the bedrock Foundation of Liberty in the world!!!

Should Amnesty be granted to those who ignored Nov. 2020 Remdesivir and Oct. 2020 Great Barrington Declaration declarations that had been proven beyond doubt. Should those seeking amnesty, those who express no contrition or remorse for their purposeful assault on the Laws of Nature, be absolved for purposeful wrongdoing in pursuit of power and profit? Would Jesus judge not?

First laws are those which no human laws should be suffered to contradict.

Commissioner's Court meets every Tuesday at 9:30 AM at 200 East Ferguson, Tyler Texas on the ground floor courtroom. Public Participation is 3 minutes & you have to fill out a form and submit it prior to 930. You will be called to speak when you're agenda item is presented or you can choose to speak at the very start of the meeting for any agenda item. The judge changed the agenda requirement without consulting with the decorum committee that established different rules before he was elected.

Government and Courts get their laws from our Creator and His Word. 1st sentence of US Law contains the Laws of Nature (Creation) and of Nature's God (The Bible). Sir William Blackstone said and our Founders understood "...no human laws should be suffered to contradict these."

We must fight for Principle not Party or we will never pull out of our terminal tailspin.

Because Northeast Texas Public Health District and Smith County Commissioners Court violated God-given unalienable Rights of Smith County Citizens, I cannot support reauthorization of their funding agreement. When Life, Liberty, [Property], and / or the pursuit of Happiness are violated, oaths have been broken and Constitutional remedies must be enacted. If appointed and elected bodies do not know the foundation of US law, that law will be violated and tyranny will result.

Will remaining silent in your local Commissions, Councils, and Boards have a far greater price than that of your social safety?

Page 1 of US Law contains the Declaration that enumerates the limits of man's laws as well as the God-given unalienable that cannot be taken from US and that we cannot give, trade, or sell. We are God's creation and WE MUST protect that which He has given us.

or, would Justice be better served insuring that First Laws be followed? What are First Laws? They are those that are on page one of our existing courthouse library. They are those that "no human laws should be suffered to contradict" re: Sir William Blackstone (the most quoted scholar of our founders). They are the bedrock foundation of American law. They are the reason a rag tag Continental army defeated the most powerful military ever on earth. They are the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God. They are Creation and the Bible. They are the rock on which our founders stood. If this bond passes, I fear that Rock in Smith County be GONE.
