It is an exhilarating experience! For those few moments, I can feel every inch of my skin and for once, my mind is quiet. In those few moments I feel a connection to nature and that serves as a psychological restoration. I emerge feeling more alive and aware and I have a renewed appreciation for what I am surrounded with, an absolute winter wonderland.

I am saying my farewells to 2021 by doing the unthinkable - taking a plunge in a Frozen Creek in Montana. I washed away all the darkness, pain, disappointment and sadness and emerged reborn and ready to tackle whatever will come my way in 2022!

I am shoveling a path to the compost heap through the garden.

I feel like a Disney Princess 😂 Highlight of my Day, being able to feed the deer some apples!

I vowed that I would make a Snow Angel once I moved to Montana!
