Knocked out a couple more projects and started a dinner skinner. Tomorrow I’m going to spend as much time as it takes to get my new knife sharpener set up with the new wheels and cut to the proper height.

Then got the dinner skinners all shaped and ready for bevels. It was a nice productive day. Tomorrow’s, I will tackle the sharpening machine and the buffing room.

This man had been in the sun at 104 degrees for several hours. Please hold your “ he should have done this or that” comments. It’s here, it’s here, it’s here!!! Drove down Carthage to pick up a tool I’ve been looking , for a couple of years. It just popped up on Facebook and 16 minutes after it posted, I had contacted the seller and made arrangements to be there in the morning. When I got there, it turns out he was a butcher and he gave me home made sausage and homemade smoked bacon. Foley belsaw sharp-all.

I’m puzzled as to why this has happened twice. I just am at a total loss as to what this does for them.
