In my effort to keep my channel alive while I struggle with SEVERE "you know what but it'll be censored" side effects, I started digging through old notebooks about some of my woo-woo experiences. I found a really cool one from August 2000 in Los Angeles. After blogging it (see below for link) and posting it on Facebook, I happened to see a new wonderful spiritual friend's post about butterflies. I asked Rev. Ned if he'd posted what he posted after seeing my post about white butterflies, and he said no. He'd created the monarch butterfly image previously via an app but couldn't find it. Suddenly, this morning (as I was posting my butterfly themed blog) he found it and posted it. We come at this time to discuss matters of the heart. Me: Why don’t you help me with my much worse head pain after the forced jab if you want me to do this work?! Because you need to work through this. It’s in your chart. We have no control over that. To return to the topic…the heart, we must clarify that the heart does not refer to an organ. When we refer to the heart, it is a soul connection issue. You can hear your soul speak through your heart. If a decision/option makes you feel ALIVE, you are in tune with your heart. If a decision/option drains your energy, it is the wrong way to go. It’s all about energy, which equals life force. It’s important to build life force as much as possible in order to maintain or gain health and happiness in your current incarnation. Paying attention to the breath is also important right now. Holding the breath backs up the flow of kundalini energy in your body. Breath connects you to the divine. You will notice the human tendency to hold one’s breath during times of stress. That is the WRONG thing to do. Now, easier said than done regarding breathing properly when in dire circumstances, but we urge you to do so. Go back to the breath. It is one of the things that makes you human. We do not breathe the way you do. We have other methods of being one with the life force energy that has created the all that is. Me: During my 1998 spontaneous rebirthing experience (for lack of another way to describe it) at Ojo Caliente Spa, I saw that not only was everything energy and connected, but EATHED LIGHT. Everything pulsed as one with light as it exhaled and inhaled. I’ll never forget what I saw.

This is my first video here (lots more are on YouTube). I am in a "mood" and felt I needed to try to do some trance mediumship to counteract it. It worked.
