Here we got 2 simple reload drills for Dry-fire practice. They CAN be modified for the range though. The first drill is for the Speed Reload, and the second is for the an Emergency or Slide-Lock reload. Let's get it!!

We all need training weapons! The MAIN problem with most training tools? They're too damn light!! So here we're gonna go over on a down and dirty way to make a SUPERHEAVY WEIGHT training sword.

Doing reloads take time to get right. But sometimes even when you take the time to practice, for some reason when you go fast it STILL doesn't go right. or maybe goes wrong more than not. Don't worry. It's not just because you suck(maybe).

So here's Pt. 2 of Punching with Basic Footwork. In this one, we're primarily going to focus on the Step Through. As well as playing with the different timings that can be involved.

We've previously gonna over how to do basic steps and learning how to do a basic 1-2punch. In this video we're gonna combine the two so we can go over some basic versions with slight variations also available.

A simple 1-2 punch may seem simple. And to some, it might be. But here we're gonna learn ways to train it simply and try to make it as natural as possible.

Time for us to work on one of the most well known kicks in the world!! The roundhouse, or round kick, is done several different ways depending on your form of martial arts, or even between organizations or sects of the same 'style' of art. Here, we're going over our own version of of a round kick. We'll mostly be concentrating on 2 main aspects of our kick - making a T and bringing our knee up. Movies are awesome. Know what's even better? Movies that have secrets you can pick apart. But what's frustrating is when that secret isn't the WHOLE secret. It's just enough whet your appetite. Well, here we're gonna dive into the REAL SECRET technique of Karate Kid 2. It's actually pretty kool!!

Time to go over the most basic of kicks, the ol' FRONT KICK!!! Not to be confused with a push kick or teep. And in this video I introduce you to a great kicking drill that can be applied to almost kicking technique!

The Push Step. Pretty much the most basic way of moving in any combat art. However, even though it looks incredibly simple, there's actually quite a bit more that goes into than you might think. Let's see what it's all about!

A cross. A rear straight. Throwing the backhand. A reverse punch. Whatever you wanna call, it's finally time to learn it. Just remember to drop that knee, hips and shoulders, with your elbow and knee together. Don't understand what I'm talking about? Then watch the video and find out!!

We all know. We all hate it. It's the dreaded PUSH UP!!! But it's a simple exercise that can be done anywhere, and you don't even have to be strong to get started!!! We go over simple variations mainly for those just starting out. Enjoy, and Embrace the Suck!!!

Time for us to learn how to do a basic jab!! Regardless of style of combat, keep in mind these select points: -keep your sine straight, don't hunch. -extend the back leg along with the front arm. -hips and shoulders move together, like a door. -front hand should match your opponents Start out slow to burn in the movements. Gradually make it smoother AND faster as it feels more natural. Keep it going everyone!!

Alright everyone, this one's a doozey. I just wanna say first and foremost, NEVER do what you see in this video. I took every precaution in could while doing this. I was only one there, no live firearms, or ammo was there. And I stopped drinking for the rest of the day after filming and didn't go anywhere til the next morning. I started filming roughly around 1pm. The actual shooting portion started around 1:30pm and I finished about 2:40-45pm. As for notes I took, the times written down is based off of camera AFTER i changed the frame rate to 60fps. 2:36-ended first round, wait 10 min. 9:36-tingly 17:40-VERY tingly 31:23-fucked up, make notes(this iswhen I started taking notes), bad to stand still move 34:52-worse turning head 35-mouth feels weird 36-forgot to change target after shooting 44-keep putting pen in pocket(rather than leave the pen out, I put it in my pocket, out of habit). everything move. get notebook(I was an envelpe and ran out of room) 46-steps suck(went inside to get a notebook). can recognize spell mistakes 47-48 - legs like fawn 51-almost forgot to take drink(this was the last drink I took) 56-16 hits(referring to the 2nd to last run I did. had to do an extra rifle drill) 58-broke front thing on truck(the tope front cover on my truck that's made of plastic. I broke more of it during clean up). can't be still.
