Roe V. Wade Overturned in leaked draft opinion? In a leaked draft opinion for the Dobbs v Jackson supreme court case, the court will apparently overturn roe v wade. This is a pretty huge deal for two reason. First, it's something pro-lifers have been working towards for quite a while. Second, its the first time in modern American history that a leak like this has occurred.
