The story of "The Tortoise and the Hare" came to life when the two animals were placed side by side to race each. As expected, the rabbit started off strong but laid back towards the middle of the event and watched as the tortoise slowly, but surely, win the race.

This person had a pet parrot (caique). They were working from home on their laptop when suddenly their parrot jumped from behind it, attempting to scare them. The parrot played with their owner by jumping in front of them repeatedly.

Arnold, the pig, couldn't bear the loud noise coming from the vacuum cleaner. Every time his owner would bring out the vacuum cleaner, he would promptly go near them and unplug the appliance to stop the awful noise.

This woman visited Mac, the elephant, at a Safari Park in Zimbabwe. She stood next to him and posed for a photograph. Playfully, he took off her hat with his trunk and popped it in his mouth. When the woman requested to have it back, he handed it back to her

This woman was attempting to eat her food in the open. However, as she was putting it in her mouth, a wild bird flew over her and snatched the food in her hand. She seemed stunned by the unexpected invasion.

This guy didn't let sub-zero temperatures stop him from surfing on Lake Superior. After showing off the ice that had formed on his beard, he hopped back on his surfboard and caught some waves.

This sparrow (family: Passeridae) is bathing in a stream. Cool and refreshing!

These dogs had back and hip issues, so their owner came up with an innovative idea to prevent them from injuries. They got a chairlift for their pets to commute on the stairs of their house. The adorable dogs sat comfortably on their custom-made elevator as they came downstairs

This family's dog food package was delivered while they were at work. Upon returning home, one of the boxes was mysteriously ripped open. Another box was missing completely when they came back to clean up the mess. Their security camera revealed a small black bear cub sneakily carrying the package off into the woods.

This white horse loved to play with the hair dryer while getting styled. Hilariously, his lips blew in the breeze while the hair dryer blew in his face.

This is a video of Lancelot who runs to go out as soon as it starts raining. It was at night at my house, I’m filming it and the rain was incredible. He didn’t want to come in.

This girl placed a feather on an owl's head. The owl had shed her feather and her pet parent decided to return it. She picked the feather off the floor and popped it right on the owl's head.

This is a close-up view of a male, adult Alpine ibex (Capra ibex). Look at those big horns! Ibexes are wild mountain goats.

This playful pangolin (or scaly anteater) is getting wet in a puddle in a zoo. Pangolins are exotic, nocturnal, insect-eating, "armour-plated" mammals that live in Asia and Africa. Order: Pholidota. Family: Manidae.

Why is it that every time an animal acts irritated or angered, people assume it's scared and that the owner is an abusive asshole? Parrots will throw tantrums over anything, and I mean ANYTHING.

A raccoon had somehow gotten into the Chimpanzee exhibit and were having a lot of fun with the raccoon.

When Roxy (big black puppy) gets very curious about the kittens, Charlie, the chihuahua, gets in between and makes sure Roxy stays away from them.
