The Tahoe is back at my buddy’s house, time to drop the DIY gooseneck, grab my homemade camper and hit the mountains for a 7 day hunting trip. Needless to say we didn’t make it past 5 days, conditions were very extreme and we faced several problems as the trip went on. I was able to capture some beautiful mountain outdoor clips, a few close calls with the snow depth and escaping being stranded and a couple cool clips of the raptor putting in work with some good audio of the engine and turbos spooling!

Decided it was time to get a trailer again but instead of dropping $10k, I decided to buy $5k of materials and spend a month on and off building one.

Company didn’t want to provide a shifter bracket that Ben paid for with his trans kit so we fabricated our own bracket. They never did send that bracket either, we would still be waiting. Ben’s Channel: https://youtube.com/user/simman22

I use the winch on my raptor to pull some bushes out that our friends had trouble digging out!

Gasket and spark plugs

My trimmer hasn’t been running strong since I started it this mowing season. As it turns out the carburetor was pretty nasty.

I can’t park a trailer in front of my house so I decided to build a drive through gate into my side yard so I can park a few tings behind the fence.

We install some new eBay brakes, find some almost catastrophic failures, and measure the suspension for the lift kit we are fabricating.

Ben had an engine with stripped torx head bolts on the cam retaining plate on his gen 4 LS 6.0. We welded nuts on the bolt heads and easily removed them with a socket!
