In the USA Men’s Mental Health is largely ignored. Most individuals are not aware it is Men’s Mental Health month in July. I view men’s health as invaluable, deserving of notice, attention and appreciation. We men work too hard and too long to be taken advantage of and degraded. I urge you to comment on whether you were aware of men’s mental health month, if you know other people who are unaware and finally please spread awareness of men’s mental health month as well as take time out to appreciate yourself this month. If you aren’t a man (I have many female viewers) then take time out to appreciate a man you know.
