When your baby comes in the world, you can't seem to get enough time to do what you need. Babies take up a lot of a parent's time, naturally, until they adapt to the surroundings and are able to easily communicate with the world. It is understandable that some activities will take a hiatus for that period and most often, working out is the first activity a mother forgoes. This young mom has found that you don't have to give up working out when you have a baby! Just have them join you in your session!
