For those who did not know, the TN GOP disqualified Robby's candidacy due to him due to not voting in at least three of the last four. Finally, SCOTUS declines to hear appeal of the McCloskey's over their law licenses. The McCloskey's plead guilty to misdemeanor assault and the Missouri state office responsible for investigating the misconduct sought to indefinitely suspend Mark McCloskey's law license.
