I was feeling quite ethereal yesterday and I sat down to play guitar, with no intention of recording anything. But it sounded so good to me that I decided to record a few takes of me just improvising. I didn't feel like setting up the video camera, so instead I generated some really cool AI video footage in a program called "Runway ML" to go with what I came up with. I present to you, my first AI generated music video, a piece I'm calling "Ethereal Sunday". Each video clip was generated with a different "text to video" prompt based on what I wanted each scene to reflect. To be clear, none of the music was generated with AI, just the video!

Yesterday I was listening to a podcast where they were discussing the events unfolding in the war between Israel and Hamas, and the host of the podcast said something along the lines of “we have to realize that there are innocent children dying, on both sides, that have no idea what this conflict is even about.” Something about that idea hit me in such a visceral way that I burst into tears at that moment. Last night I decided to channel some of what I was feeling into the guitar into a piece I call “While My Guitar Cries For War”, an obvious nod to The Beatles, “While My Guitar Gently Weeps. I think this is the most emotional guitar playing I’ve ever captured and it really does feel like my guitar is crying during the song. Please note, this video contains raw footage of the actual conflict and may be disturbing to some, although I edited out the most disturbing parts. I felt it was important to see the actual grim reality of what's happening, as sad and horrific as it may be.

I'm uploading this video from somewhere deep in the multiverse. I've been abducted by interdimensional aliens and the only way for me to return to earth is if you watch my latest music video for my song "Inter-Dimensional Alien Elevator Music". I'm told that if I can generate a million views for this video I will be released and sent back to earth. Please help me get back home!
