This is a demostration of the result of the basic upgrades that were done to the G&G UMP (UMG) in one of my earlier videos. This gets the gun to a realistic maximum range of 60 meter, and still hitting a man sized target. Another Airsoft AEG Rifle that arrived in bits and left monster. This is an old Umarex MP5 that had seen better days and needed some love and attention. It arrived in many pieces and require a rebuild on the gearbox and barrel to get it work again. With some specifically choosen upgrade parts it has been given back the performance that it deserves. Novritsch SSG24, Full thrust kit, visits Adzzzy's Armoury as it is too powerful for UK skirmish use. Some adjustments to the spring and it is battle ready. This fires the larger 6.44mm BBs which are available in a much heavier BB weight. Is this better than a normal 6mm bolt action sniper rifle? Airsoft JG Bar 10 sniper rifle visits Adzzzy's Armoury to have some essential performance upgrades. Fitting the Action army Trigger and piston set to improve power and performance. There were a few modification require along the way. These upgrades can also be done to the Tokyo Marui VSR. This allows for the best performance to lift the heavier BBs for best range and accuracy of the sniper rifles. Best BBs to use would be something like a 0.4g, 0.43g, 0.45g or a 0.48g, I prefer the heavier ammo. Also a goo hop up is essential to achieve best performance. Effective range can be around 75m straight light and even hitting targets out to 85m however you do need to aim above the target to allow the round to drop into it. Tokyo Marui recoil Scar arrives with me as it it poorly and needs a fix. Turns out this one was poor trigger contacts and a broken bolt stop. A few upgrades along the way to make this perform better than before. Getting good FPS and rate of fire. This is now ready again for airsoft battles and skirmishes. Tanaka M700 gas bolt action sniper rifle, Installing a Action Army hop chamber, Maple leaf Desepticons and a 6.01mm barrel, the barrel supplied to me for the install was the incorrect type of barrel because it was a bridged barrel rather than a non-bridged barrel. Also changed the loading nozzle for the correct length to work with the new hop chamber. Upgrading my A&K M249 hop chamber to the far superior bullgear hop chamber, also servicing the gearbox to make sure everything is perfect. I used a maple leaf macron 50 degree hop rubber with omega nub in this build. It is set up to run on 0.32g BBs. This is a 17 year old Tokyo Marui Famas SV that I have upgraded to a higher performance than it original state, This video covers what I did to add some fresh life into it ready for skirmish use. Today I was present with the perfect demo of why correct gearbox shimming is so important. This lent itself to this video perfectly so it happened! Had the shimming been sorted before heavy use of this AEG then the original gears would still be working today. The rate of fire on thyis gun is insane! Making the Marui MP7 accept normal batteries using a mini deans connector. I wanted the battery to be able to fit inside the RIF without the use of exterior mounting. This Cyma M16 was not liking firing BB weights above 0.3g as a standard gun. I wanted to make some change to allow this gun to efficiently use 0.4g BBs.
