The chain of custody for absentee ballots in Detroit is practically non existent. In this video, two Detroit "election workers" (?) can be seen taking large stacks of absentee ballots from a Detroit drop box and dumping them into a large black plastic garbage bag that the female "election worker" (?) took from the back of a red SUV. After they're finished removing the absentee ballots from the drop box and placing them in an "official" Detroit transfer case (LOL!), they simply jump in the car, throw the bag in the front seat and pull away. Special Counsel to Thomas More Society Erick Kaardal appeared in front of WI lawmakers on Sept. 8, 2022, to explain why ERIC should not be trusted and how states MUST regain control over their own voter rolls and not farm them out to third parties who can't be trusted to properly maintain them. During his testimony in front of the WI State legislature, Kaardal used residents of nursing homes who have become "wards under guardianship," meaning they have been deemed ineligible by the state of WI to make decisions on their own, as examples of names of people who should not be listed as active voters. Kaardal explains how they've researched the number of WI residents who are "wards under guardianship," and they've discovered that approximately 90% of them are underreported and that those ineligible voters are still listed on the voter rolls as active, registered voters who are being sent absentee ballots. He explained how elections can be very close and how leaving all of these ineligible voters on the voter rolls can lead to stolen elections. The Thomas More lawyer explained how Registers in Probate in 13 counties in WI have fought back against the motion by the Thomas More Law Society to request a form that contains PUBLIC information that would reveal how many residents are under guardianship orders. Kaardal explained that they claim it's "private" information. He asked the WI legislature, "Why can't we get a form from the Register in Probate that's sent to the WI Election Commission that that information is then put into the WISC vote database, and meant for the public to know 'That person is ineligible to vote?'" Finally, Kaardal explains that WI Election Commission won't do anything to update their database, "Because once they update the database, we will see that they all voted." He jokingly called the reason the data was being hidden from the public "The 800-pound elephant in the room."

He also noted that one of the computers at a counting table was online. Eventually, he got a supervisor to come over and place the computer in "airplane" mode. Neither the Detroit Police officer nor the hired rent-a-thug security detail (ICU) who physically removed the GOP poll challenger could specifically tell him why he was being removed. The poll challenger can be seen discussing the law with the Detroit Police officer who was asked to remove him from the building. During their discussion, the poll challenger brilliantly cites the laws that were violated when he was physically removed from the room. Intermingled with the SOS press conference and the removal of the GOP poll challenger from the counting room is footage from satellite centers in Detroit where stacks of ballots are being deposited by two different individuals. An Antrim County "audit" is also featured, and finally, Hima Kolanagireddy, a GOP poll challenger, can be seen testifying in front of the MI House Oversight Committee about how differently Detroit Election officials, Democrat poll challengers, and outside agitators treated GOP poll workers, particularly "white male," and "white" Republicans.

The poll challenger brilliantly pleads his case and cites election law, but he is refused entry and forced to leave the building.
