Car-To-Car Warning System Set For America's Roads

Vehicles that can communicate with each other and alert their drivers to traffic hazards may soon be seen on America's roads and highways. U.S. regulators are crafting a rule requiring all new vehicles to be able to "talk" to one another as they travel using technology they say will significantly reduce road accidents.
