Stefano Montanari, bolognese di nascita (1949), modenese di adozione, laureato in Farmacia nel 1972 con una tesi in Microchimica, ha cominciato fin dai tempi dell’università ad occuparsi di ricerca applicata al campo della medicina. Autore di diversi brevetti nel campo della cardiochirurgia, della chirurgia vascolare, della pneumologia e progettista di sistemi ed apparecchiature per l’elettrofisiologia, ha eseguito consulenze scientifiche per varie aziende, dirigendo, tra l’altro, un progetto per la realizzazione di una valvola cardiaca biologica. Dal 1979 collabora con la moglie Antonietta Gatti in numerose ricerche sui biomateriali. Dal 2004 ha la direzione scientifica del laboratorio Nanodiagnostics di Modena in cui si svolgono ricerche e si offrono consulenze di altissimo livello sulle nanopatologie.

Ham On The Air with KD2REU

In 2019 I became a licensed amateur radio operator - KD2REU. I started with an inexpensive HT on VHF. A few months after that, I upgraded my FCC license and began experimenting with HF. With this new hobby, I am learning the radio business from the ground up. Through my adventures, challenges, mishaps, and achievements, I want to share the knowledge I am gathering with other new hams who are starting the same journey. I also invite more experienced hams to this community so that we can help grow the hobby together! Without the experienced hams out there sharing their passion for this hobby it wouldn\'t have much of a future. We will visit destinations related to amateur radio, ham fests, museums, clubs, stations, ham shacks, conventions, gatherings, educational programs, and much, much more. We will share knowledge and learn and laugh together. Please join me on this journey as I document my adventures and help spread excitement and enthusiasm for the amateur radio hobby!

Welcome! My name is Teresa and I am a certified AMI primary guide through the Montessori Institute of San Diego. I have an undergraduate degree in early childhood education and a masters in education through Loyola University. I am also a trained Orton-Gillingham instructor through the Michigan Dyslexia Institute and Central Michigan University. My goal is to break free from the traditional public school view of education and support home school families and teachers who want to provide alternative educational experiences for their children and community. On this channel, I want to provide skills-based learning for parents, teachers and students so we can change how we approach the educational system. I believe in supporting and empowering parents so that they can educate their children at home as much as possible. This channel is dedicated to education without indoctrination.
