So, what to expect on The Savage Scavenger Channel: I am going to give you classes on The Four Pillars of Life: Shelter Fire Water Food (The order of priorities of those pillars, is variable depending on conditions, but all are required to keep you alive.) There will be classes on Outdoor, Emergency Preparedness, Survival, Primitive and Modern Weapon-craft, Recycling and Upcycling. Presented in a fun and entertaining format that encourages students to learn and participate. Initial classes planned for filming soon: Making chili (or something... not sure which recipe I will be using) - and while the food is cooking, using the cans to make a pine cone sized rocket stove. Multiple classes using the amazing Yucca Plant: from fire sticks (that'll be fun watching me trying to figure that out myself) - to making Caterpillar Sandals/thongs out of the spiny leaves, food options from the Yucca, soap, beautiful and amazing walking staffs - all kinds of cool Yucca vids to make. In primitive weapon craft, we will making atlatls, and the darts, making non-firearm weapons from just about anything around you, and probably some flint knapping in the future, and though I am always a student along with you when teaching my classes, for flint knapping, I will most definitely be the student.
