ASMR Relaxation Diamond Painting with Birdie

🐦 Hello, Birdie flying in! Obviously, I find great relaxation and satisfaction from doing Diamond Painting (DPing). Apparently, so does viewers who have NEVER done this craft! This is called ASMR. ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. It is a pleasant form of relaxation which stimulates a sense of calm, healing, and wellbeing. It often aids individuals with anxiety disorders and those with various medical conditions. ASMR is most commonly triggered by audio and video stimulus, often very soft, subtle and repetitive sounds and motions like the DPing. With that in mind, since I spend hours and hours Diamond Painting and LOVE IT, why not share in that pleasure?
