Packed into a caravan, with 5 kids in tow, we've started developing our in-laws' property using permaculture living, setting up a chicken coop, and experimenting with eco-friendly alternatives like rammed earth for raised beds. Despite challenges and rain, we're building a sustainable haven, from outdoor showers to growing veggies, our journey unfolds with freedom and contentment.
