I previously worked for the developer of The Villages for 8 and a half years before moving on to ERA/Grizzard Realtors until 2023. In those 25 years I have sold over 1000 homes mostly in The Villages, but since leaving the developer of The Villages I have sold and listed homes outside of The Villages as well in communities such as On Top Of The World, Del Webb Stone Creek, Del Webb Spruce Creek, Stonecrest, Latitude Margaritaville, and many others. This channel was created for posting old, very rare VHS videos which, in all likelihood, would never again be seen otherwise, to anyone interested, and for archival/nostalgic/preservation purposes. Comments, questions, suggestions, etc., are welcome; will not hesitate to delete any inappropriate, crass, or disparaging comments, so behave yourselves. Audio-visual anomalies and/or limitations may be evident in some of these videos. Bear in mind: there was no way of knowing that the tapes would survive long enough for their contents to be posted on YouTube someday.
