Hi, I'm Preston, and I'm not a gamer. So why do I have a gaming channel? A couple reasons: 1. I may not be a gamer, but I am a game appreciator. Not only did I grow up playing video games, but I'm an amateur student of the arts, so I'm drawn to most things that have artistic merit or tell a compelling story. 2. There's not enough family-friendly gaming content on YouTube, so I wanted to be one of the few gaming channels where adults and children alike can go to just watch something fun and uncompromising. So on this channel you won't hear any foul language or see video games that I don't think are family friendly (or games that I can't easily edit to be family friendly). This is a hobby (non-gamer, remember), so I post only as often as I have time to record and edit videos.

Wellness, spirituality & science in a blissful mess

I'm passionate about good public health! I have taken a number courses in complementary medicine and have been active in the wellness industry as, among other things, a body therapist for about 18.5 years so far. I love spirituality, and have done that for as long as I can remember, and I also find science very interesting. For me, there is no contradiction between spirituality and science. On the contrary, I think it fits together and I think that science moves forward much faster if we have an open mind and think outside the box. The above is the starting point for this channel and in my videos I will talk wellness, spirituality and science in a blissful and hopefully interesting mess =)
